I instructed Mr Saad Balouch during my ILR application regarding an appeal and also for application of my British Citizenship through Naturalisation. During my ILR application, I already had another solicitor instructed but I did not find some of their suggestions any helpful anymore. I had a feeling I will continue to spend more and my case will get complicated. I approached Saad who advised me with his honest and best of knowledge and experiences and also supported me even after his office hours via audio call and required email exchanges to submit my application due to the limited deadline. During my Citizenship Application, with any queries that I needed more clarification on, Saad continued to maintain his excellent level of communication. My Indefinite Leave to Remain was refused by Home office due to dishonesty claimed by them. I went many Solicitors and who did not came across as competent and looked like they were only after the money and once they took the money they did not bother too much about the case. One day my wife told me about Clyde Solicitors and then we contacted one of his ex client and he gave us very good review about Clyde Solicitors and Saad Balouch so then Finally I was very much convinced and contacted Saad. After contacting Saad we booked an appointment to see him in person. Saad looked at our complex case and he assured us that we will be fine with the case. He was very calm patient in dealing with us which gave us more confidence and good feeling about him. Finally Saad took over the case and he started working on it and he made our case so simple case to understand and only competent Solicitor can so that. It is not everyones cup of tea. He prepared our witness statement in a layman's language so simple to understand without any complexities inspire of our case being very complex. He always assured us don't worry we will win the case which was always boosting our confidence. Saad is a very trustworthy, reliable, dedicated, patient and an utmost competent solicitor.
