After coronavirus hit the UK we decided to move back to Turkey after living in the UK for five years. we have shipped literally a metric ton of our stuff to Ankara including delicate items like glassware, TV and 3-D printer, which have Made it to our new home successfully and without a dent. We are very happy with the service we have received from CML Cargo Ltd and I highly suggest choosing this company especially if you’re shipping to Turkey.

I have had my stuff sent from London all the way to Bodrum Turkey. It was mostly not so much of value stuff except for my 50" Sony TV. Needless to say modern tech is very sensitive and easy to break. I was amazed by the way it was packaged. I wish I had taken a picture prior to their unpacking. Not only was it properly wrapped in bubble wrap and then covered with cardboard but it was also then placed into a proper wooden box. They had to unscrew about 10-12 screws to open the box up and take the TV out. I was really very amazed by it all. The staff, throughout, were also nice; from the people I spoke and booked with to the people who delivered. Thank you...

I really dont understand why people have left 1 star for this company. I have worked with them twice so far and both of the times the service was excellent. Referring to the guy below who clearly swears at every sentence, you need to bring the right (legal) items in to the country if you want to receive your full delivery. Turkey is NOT an EU country, therefore you cant just bring anything you like and when your goods get destroyed at the customs (which happened to people that I know) you start swearing and casting other people. Do not blame others for your irresponsible actions.

I have sent an item to my brother in Istanbul which was around 20kg. Item arrived with no issues. They have been very friendly and professional. Excellent communication via whatsapp, always been very quick to respond to my enquires. I am about to send my 2nd cargo with them. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely Not trusted company They told me between 4 to 6 weeks but they mange they get my items in 3 months ,out of 10 table top I found it 5 of them broken right in the middle , The ownerS specially in istanbul he is not honest and biggest liar , in UK side the boss called Cemil he is also not honest and liar to .
As soon as they unloaded my goods quickly and asked their shipping fees when I seen 5 table tops are broken I refuse the pay the shipping fees he than started to load back my tables to his van , when I tried to stop him he was behaving disgusting , swearing , attacking me with his mans , when I asked their insurance details he refused to give it to me , it is up to you but this company not trusted at all , check their Facebook page you will see to many reviews same as my situations

I recently moved to Turkey with my family of four and was struggling to find a company that was affordable until I called CML Cargo. They came to my apartment and agreed a price which was almost half of the cheapest quote I found from other companies I had called, I called quite a few. We agreed a date for pick up and like clockwork the guys showed up. They were very professional in how they packed all my belongings.
Next stop Turkey two weeks later. They were in contact regularly with updates on the progress and actual delivery date as this can vary a couple of days because of customs processing. They handled all the paperwork involved.
All my belongings arrived promptly and safely.
I cannot recommend this company enough for anyone who's thinking of moving items abroad.
They take the stress out of moving.

Please be vary of companies that will quote you one price and then quote you another price once they have your goods.

CML Cargo is just as professional as any other company out there for the fraction of the price. Give them a call you will not be disappointed.

They came to my Uk property, labeled and weighed my boxes there so I was able to see.
