A straightforward process
My Insurance for exhibiting at Craft Fairs was arranged very quickly, and in this instance there was no excess on the policy, as there has been with others I looked at. The premium was reasonable.
A few days later , sadly, I began to have doubts about the Craft Fair organisers, and under the 14 day cooling off period I requested that my policy be cancelled. This was straightforward, and I will certainly return to the company if I need similar cover in the future. I can't comment on what transpires if you have to make a claim.
