Thank you for your response. However, my primary issue is not market volatility or waiting for an account manager it is the clarity of your platform’s interface.
As a new user, I was under the clear impression I was operating on a demo account. A platform should make it unmistakably clear when a user is placing trades with real money versus virtual funds. If a real-money deposit immediately exposes funds to live market trades without a clear interface distinction or explicit prompt warning the user, that points to an onboarding and interface clarity issue.
Losing $32000 due to an avoidable interface confusion on day one is unacceptable. I request that this matter be escalated to a senior manager or compliance representative to review the CMTrading flow and consider a resolution for this loss.

We understand your concerns regarding the confusion between a demo account and a live trading account. After reviewing your account, we note that you initiated trades without waiting for guidance from your assigned Account Manager. We also note that your deposit was made on 24/07/2026, and as CMTrading is closed during weekends, an Account Manager is assigned within 48 working hours. As a result, the assignment process had not yet been completed before the trades were placed.
Please note that a margin call notification was sent to inform you when your account reached the required margin level. The financial markets are inherently volatile, which is what makes them both interesting and potentially rewarding for traders. However, market volatility can also move against open positions, and it is important to be fully aware of the risks involved. As outlined in our risk disclosures, profits cannot be guaranteed, and trading always carries the possibility of losses.
Please also note that all trading decisions and the management of your trading account remain the account holder's responsibility. While our team is available to provide support and general market information, the decision to open, close, or manage positions is ultimately made by the client.
