Amazing company, very helpful.

Amazing company, I called Brian at cnc4you and explained I wanted to build a custom machine and what it needed to do. He suggested the components needed to get me started so I planned my build . I then bought the components and put it together and with help from Brian and the included documentation it all worked perfectly. I can't rate highly enough.

Good products, poor support

I have bought twice from them. Both times to convert a Boxford CNC to use Mach3. The first one went perfectly and I was very happy with the result.
The second time, I needed some help with pin numbers and functions to run the spindle at different speeds. The person I spoke to called Brian was flippant and really reluctant to do anything other than refer me to the documentation. When I did get him to talk me through things, he made several conflicting statements and I felt it was worthless continuing the call because he kept interrupting me.
I ended up sorting it all out myself and felt that whilst the products are good, the documentation could do with making the pins (used in Mach3) clearer and personal support was worthless.
