Quick turn around time and all the plywood was cut with great precision and cleanly. Delivery driver was helpful and cheerful too!

I first ordered the decorative wall panels and the team were very responsive to my requests and questions and then I ordered a custom cut panel too. Delivery was relatively quick and affordable for both orders and they confirmed the delivery dates in advanced like I requested in the delivery notes. The panels were of good quality too and cut exactly to size so I’m happy with them and will defo order from them again. Thank you!

From the fist email to Thomas up to the delivery from Phill this company has been outstanding.

I ordered two 12mm melamine-coated birch ply doors... about 2300mm (yes... 2.3m) x 300mm. I called them as I was concerned about shipping to Cornwall; but they very well packed and arrived a week later in perfect condition :) I also like the fact that they recycle packaging they have received things in to then ship things out. The finish of the edges was so good that I was able to varnish them without any prep... except to remove the arris. When I have the need I will definitely use them again.

Great service, I needed the MDF quickly and was given a date which was tight but they delivered.
Good quality material, beautiful chevron style and a great quality finish.
Customer service was great, spoke to really friendly guy who was very helpful, unusual to speak to people these days.
Delivery driver was courteous and friendly.

Wardrobe door delivered chipped with clear water damage that should have been quality checked before sending.

I've drilled and mounted the door now and don't want to unmount, but a refund (even partial) not possible.

Check deliveries for damage before accepting (which I should have done, I know, but was on a deadline).

Looked such a good local firm too.

Asked delivery driver if he would help me carry the delivered cut timber down the driveway beside my house. He refused and just sarcastically said: "How about I leave it here and then you carry it wherever you want."

Very good supplier with fast delivery and excellent customer service. A small error in part of the order but this was rectified immediately.
