Cancelled item
Paid for item. The item listed which was not for sale anymore. Took them 4 days before notifying me. Massive inconvenience as I need the item for work. Now I have to order somewhere else and wait longer for it to arrive.

Thanks so much. I was given a Makita drill and battery but no charger, ordered one from CNS PowerTools which was such a great price and the genuine Makita charger. So many adverts were worded 'for Makita' but weren't the real deal! Mine came within a few days in a huge box with loads of protective wrapping and it works just fine! 5stars from me!!!

Bought some new blades , waited the 4-5 days for delivery, then 8 days later they emailed to say it wasn’t in stock and I can have my money back . Yet still for sale on website . Wasted my time .

Great service and good technical help
I paid for next day delivery and that’s exactly what happened, it arrived early the following morning. As I was unfamiliar with the parts I was buying I omitted to buy the correct stuff and I was left with no idea how to resolve it. But a quick call to the company resulted in some very useful technical advice, which is unusual as many places nowadays just sell you the stuff. I will use this company again very good competitive prices, reliable delivery on both occasions and the all important support when you need it
