Katie Ireland was excellent but her predecessors involved were very poor. At the start, information was lost between teams, had to be sent multiple times, sometimes we were sent some information by email, some in the post and often the instructions on the items received were different and were a repeat of information previously provided.

Great Estate Planning meeting
Great Estate Planning meeting with Gian. Very personable.Everything was clearly explained and he made us aware of a few points for consideration of which we hadn't previously thought. Would recommend the service, very straightforward and easy to apply/navigate.
Nothing to do with Gian, but Admin team shouldn't take it upon themselves to change appointment times without asking the customer first though!

Exceptional support through a very difficult and complex probate process
I cannot speak highly enough of Karen and the support she has given me throughout what has been a very complex and sensitive probate case.
From the outset, Karen has been exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive, and I have always felt that I was in very safe hands. Probate was completely new to me, and with so many different moving parts it could easily have felt overwhelming. Karen has taken the time to explain the process clearly, let me know what to expect and guide me through each stage, while always helping to keep things moving forward.
Her knowledge and experience really shine through. Whenever something complicated has arisen, her advice has been clear, considered and practical. She also responds incredibly quickly, which has been hugely reassuring. I have never felt that I have been left wondering what is happening or what I need to do next.
What has meant even more to me, however, is the sensitivity Karen has shown throughout. This process follows the loss of my sister, who left our world far too early. Behind all the legal matters, paperwork and practical decisions is a very personal loss, and Karen has never lost sight of that.
She has managed to strike exactly the right balance between being compassionate and understanding, while also gently helping me to deal with everything that needs to be done. That combination of genuine sensitivity and excellent professional advice has made an enormous difference.
Throughout a difficult and unfamiliar process, Karen has been a constant. She is calm, reliable, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable, and I have had complete confidence in her advice.
I genuinely feel very lucky to have had Karen looking after this case. You hope that when you need professional help at one of the most difficult times in your life, you will find someone who not only knows their job exceptionally well, but also understands the human side of what you are going through. Karen is absolutely that person.
