Kyle contacted me proactively to support me in updating my licence so that he was able to swap the car I had hired rather than just cancelling the existing booking. He was very customer focused and was able to sort the issue quickly and easily. Really great service!

Car had a flat tire which delayed my booking and then had to keep phoning customer service to unlock the vehicle. Evidently very poor systems that could not cope with issues. No refund offered and asked for compensation and was told this was not possible. Would NOT recommend.

Tried joining via there website, kept saying, "opps something has gone wrong", phoned and emailed there website. in short played email ping pong for 3 days, they couldnt resolve the issue,

Co wheels reactivated my account overnight as soon as I sent my certified copy of my driving licence.

My partner and I had a car booked and had to cancel last minute due to an emergency. We emailed to see if they'd refund us and they did it straight away. It was a huge relief during a stressful time. Generally, I find the help and support of customer services to be excellent, especially on the phone.

Have found co cars really easy to use. I only need a car about once a fortnight so it is a lot cheaper than having my own car. Customer service is excellent.

Co-wheels is very easy and quick to use, hassle free which is very beneficial. The customer service is also very good when needed to ask a few questions. Cheap prices especially compared to other competitors.

Really disappointed about this removing a co-wheel car close to our house without any communication. We joined Co-Wheel club because one car is very close to our house. We used it so often and now it is taken off without any notice. This makes us very uncomfortable.

Customer service are very responsive, helpful and clear when I have had issues. The AI feature in the chatbot is incredibly helpful if you have a direct question and is very quick to pass you on to a human agent. I chatted with Gareth twice, he was brilliant. I am yet to drive but I am confident that the service will work well once I am set up.

The car club works really well for us, as we don't need a car full time. The staff have been lovely and very helpful whenever we have needed to talk to someone and do their best to resolve any problems quickly and effectively.

As I will be unable to drive for a few months, I asked about suspending or cancelling my account. Co-wheels offered a free account until I am able to resume driving. Brilliant!

second car in a week I have taken out. Low tyre pressure on two tyres. This was a different car than the one I used a week before.

I've found Co Wheels to be very effective in terms of customer service, when there is (occasionally) something goes wrong. Generally the car-sharing service they provide is very good, the cars are clean and I've never had a breakdown. The fees they charge are fair in my view.

I've used Co-Wheels for many years, cars are good quality, easy to use and the team are really helpful online and/or on the phone in case of any problems or queries. Highly recommended.
