15th August 2026 Eastbourne Trip
1. The bus provided was not conducive as the seats are NOT wide enough in comparison with the bus that was provided last year
2. We could NOT use the toilet on the return journey as the driver ‘claimed’ it is unusable.
3. The concentration of the driver was divided especially on the return journey as he was on phone most of the time hence abrupt application of brakes.
4. Church members complained about the unfriendly attitude of the driver

I was traveling with 8 elderly ladies…
I was traveling with 8 elderly ladies across the UK. I used Coach Hire Comparison for our coaches in several locations. The drivers always were curtious, on-time, and the coaches were clean and ran smoothly. They entire experience was completely stress-free! -- drivers would contact me before pick-up with their local phone numbers, one time my train arrived an hour early and the driver still showed up to pick me up!

This is the 4th time we have used CHC
This is the 4th time we have used CHC, we went to Bournemouth and must say the driver Ahmed was very friendly and helpful, he always had a smile on his face.. would love to have Ahmed again.. however unlike the other 3 times this time the coach was quite dirty, specially the trays which were at the back of the seats..
I would highly recommend Ahmed..

The driver was wonderful
The driver was wonderful, friendly and reliable. He answered my calls and discussed any decisions that needed to be made with me. The coach was modern and clean, however the toilet was broken and smelled terribly. We needed a toilet a we had elderly and ill people in the group. Not being able to use the toilet and the smell made the journey a bit stressful.

Fantastic experience from start to finish
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Quote was competitive, customer service was great with excellent communications regarding a slight adjustment in booking which was handled with no fuss. Driver Usman Abbassi was absolutely fantastic and turned up on time, was courteous and friendly and went out of his way to help with the vast amount of luggage we had. What can I say, I would highly recommend!!!

Very disappointing experience – would not recommend
I booked a premium coach for 11 people and unfortunately the whole experience was far more stressful than it should have been.
There were issues with the payment from the outset, and I had to contact the company several times to confirm whether the payment had actually been received, with nobody seeming to have a clear answer.
I was also expecting to receive the driver details around 5 days before the journey, as advised online, but these never arrived. On the morning of the booking, I tried contacting the company, only to find that their office was closed because it was a weekend. There was no clear out-of-hours contact number provided on the website or in the emails, so I had to spend a significant amount of time researching online to eventually find the out-of-hours number myself.
After me making several calls that morning and being told ‘we’re looking into it we will ring you back’ multiple times through the morning, the out-of-hours team only contacted me 20 minutes before our scheduled collection time to confirm that the journey was actually still going ahead. I was told the driver would be around 20 minutes away, so I expected him to arrive shortly and that we would still be on time. However, the driver didn’t arrive until 55 minutes after that call, meaning he was 35 minutes late for our scheduled collection time.
This caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress as we were travelling to a wedding and were at serious risk of being late. I had 11 people relying on me to get them there on time, so this was particularly unacceptable.
In total, I spent around 2 hours on the day trying to resolve the situation. The driver openly admitted that he had only been pulled onto the job shortly before our collection time, suggesting that the company had failed to properly allocate a driver in advance. Thankfully, CMAC were able to resolve the situation after me making several calls to them, but this should never have been left for me to sort out on the day.
To make matters worse, I had specifically booked and paid for a premium coach with air conditioning, yet an old coach with no air conditioning arrived. This was not the vehicle or standard of service I had paid for.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor organisation, significant delay and failure to provide the vehicle that was booked resulted in an extremely stressful experience. I paid for a premium service and did not receive it.
Given the circumstances, I would expect a partial refund for the difference between the coach service I booked and the one actually provided, as well as appropriate compensation for the considerable inconvenience, stress and disruption caused - please contact me further to discuss.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to use the company again.

The Driver made us feel safe
The Driver made us feel safe, he wasn't very happy, the coach was clean, one of the overhead storage was loose and nearly hit someone's head, the coach wasn't what we were expecting of an Executive coach.
The experience was ok all in all.
