Quality Service Taking The Stress Away
Used Coach Hire to get our guests to our wedding venue. Easy to contact we were assigned a rep (Dan) who accommodated the list we provided and came up with the best solution. On the day Tom drove our guests and negotiated some tricky country roads he waited at the venue and returned the guests safely at the end of the day.
I would definitely use this company again. Good price and good service.

I would not use this organisation again as they have no integrity or morals. Completely extorted a coach full of passages in a vulnerable situation soley for profit. Could have done the right think but decide money is more important.

Always quick to help, even at short notice
We’ve used Coach Hire Comparison a number of times and they’ve always been really helpful. On a few occasions, plans have changed unexpectedly and we’ve needed support quickly, and they’ve always done their best to get something sorted for us.
Lewis Wissett is always quick to respond and really helpful, which makes a big difference when we’re coordinating transport for a large team.

Brilliant from start to finish
Brilliant from start to finish. The booking was easy, very friendly staff.
Our driver Yasir was brilliant throughout the day. He made sure we were on time and kept us informed of where he has parked to pick us up. It was a very hot day and the air conditioning on the mini bus was brilliant.

The driver was just lovely
The booking process was simple and efficient. The driver, Usman Abbasi, was just lovely. He engaged really well with our passengers, who were members of an inclusive theatre group. They liked him so much they invited him to watch their show!

Race meeting cancelled, jockey club gave money back but this company not only just gave me 50% back the poor driver wasn’t even cancelled and text on the day and had not been cancelled beit it had been cancel two weeks prior

Reliable, good price, user friendly

We recently hired a minibus
We recently hired a minibus, from this company, and while I wouldn’t describe the first vehicle as truly executive standard, the service from our driver, Barry, more than made up for it.
Barry was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, got us to our venue promptly, and was there ready for our pick-up as agreed. He was more than happy to stop for bathroom breaks when needed and even accommodated extra drop-offs on the way home without any fuss.
Nothing was too much trouble, and Barry’s friendly, cheerful attitude made the whole journey enjoyable. He’s a real credit to the company. Thank you, Barry!

Good experience booking with CHC
Good experience booking with CHC. The drivers at A1 Minibus and Coach LTD were brilliant, incredibly understanding and patient with our group of 50 students. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Few nags with CHC, driver details didn’t show up 24 hours before our scheduled booking *which the site said it would* this made me feel a little anxious so had to double/triple check with CHC that everything was in order and that a driver had in fact been allocated to our booking - apart from that, everything went smoothly and the team at CHC were responsive and attentive.

My main concern was that the 2 minibuses I had hired would arrive at the venue in good time to pick us up, so that there would be no anxiety about when they would turn up. This they did splendidly, arriving with 45 minutes in hand. This was a great relief, and thereafter the drivers were very friendly and professional. The minibuses were very good quality.
