My item was lost. Was meant to be my adult daughter’s first nice bag for her birthday. Paid expedited shipping.
Item was lost. They did NOTHING to try to rectify the situation other than offer a refund. They will tell you that you can get a refund and place a new order. No apology, no offers, nothing. I ordered a matching wallet that did come, but no longer worked because they LOST the bag, and I was told I had to use my time and gas to return it! STAY AWAY! If you have the slightest issue they will NOT help!!!!
Ordered three wristlets July 23. Bought them b/c Coach description said they fit "all iPhones." One arrived several days past the promised date; the other two never arrived. Tracking info wasn't updated after late July. My phone didn't fit. Called about the two missing items; rep said to call back if I didn't get them the next day. Called two days later. They said the items were "lost in transit" and they would process a refund. Never received it. Finally wrote to them again. They cancelled the refund, and never told me, because they got word the items had been delivered. I finally tracked them down--hadn't thought to check with housemates because I was waiting for the refund. Told Coach the items were useless because they didn't conform to the advertised description. Coach responded that they would be incredibly generous and allow me to return the items even though we were past their 30-day window--they would give me 45 days! So generous--their new deadline left me only four days to handle the return. Followed their instructions to mail the items back--Coach sent the wrong link. I found the right link myself, only to learn that Coach refused the refund because it was past 30 days! The least they could have done was handle the return themselves since it was an exception. Wrote back to tell them what happened. Said I was now hesitant to return the items--given all the times they lied to me and deceived me, I was worried they would take the return and not credit my account, so I would donate the wristlets to charity. Got back the most incredibly patronizing and condescending note complimenting me on being a good "member of the Coach community" for caring about charity. Been a Coach customer for more than 40 years--never again!
I made a significant Holiday order & the following morning almost all my items were on promotion. I started a text chat with their online customer support team and requested they honor the discount on my qualifying items. After a short review & varification of my purchase they agreed to issue a credit to my card used for the purchase. Ultimately it was more than what I initially figured I would receive.
We had Sylvana, helping us. She was wonderful. Excelent customer care at Coach Outlet at Canutillo, El Paso TX.
I've ordered two purses different times absolutely wonderful. On time. They let me know when and where my package was coming.

On my second attempt to order a bag from Coach Outlet, the order was cancelled five days after payment, with a further 5 days to refund the payment.
I have purchased from this site twice. It's a legit company that is owned by coach. I've had a mens cross bag for 4 years. This bag is nice quality, it takes a beating on flights. I have a back pack that supreme, just purchased, so I'll review that later.

Beware when ordering small items, they will be missing from package. It has happened to me THREE times already. Today I received a sealed UPS padded envelope with nothing in it except the shipping receipt. Only get deliveries to the UPS store and open in front of a witness because Coach customer service treats you like you're the problem even though they clearly have an ongoing fulfilment or theft issue. My order was from Coach Outlet Canada and shipped out of Etobicoke.
