A lovely cottage walking distance from beach, castle, coast path and pub. The cottage itself was nice with a lovely sea view from courtyard. Furniture and fittings were a bit cheap. Also property not cleaned properly. Sandy sofa, used plaster on the bedroom floor. Kitchen could do with items for children- small cups, bowls, cutlery. A few essentials would be good also- salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, especially as supermarkets in the area are quite limited.

Great location. Nice old cottage in the village
Very good stay - would have been slightly better in early July as more places open and the other cottages would have finished renovating but definitely would recommend
Delfyn is a pretty little cottage in a great location near the castle, beach, cafe and pub in a lovely area. The accommodation is clean and cosy with comfy beds and a good kitchen. The outside seating area is a bonus. The lounge upstairs is light and airy but small for 4 people. There are walks from the door and its close to Tenby and the fabulous beaches at Broadhaven and Barafundle. We had a great stay.
A lovely, tucked away cottage set in a beautiful coastal village near Tenby. The cottage itself was pretty and suited our needs. However there wasn't any outdoor seating, or DAB radio as stated in the brochure and the place could have done with a more attentive clean before we had arrived (dust an cobwebs everywhere and the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly). Overall though this is a lovely place to stay and these minor gripes were easy to overlook.
The cottage is lovely, in a quiet area , very near to the lovely beach but unfortunately I would not stay here again due to the poor access to the cottage , the drive way is so narrow with a house wall one side and is large stone wall the other. If you have a 4x4 or large car you would not be able to enter the driveway and there is no where else to park any where nearby . This really does need to be looked at .
In lovely location , but afraid felt cottage very "tired" and could do with some TLC Did not justify 4 stars esp " communal freezer"
Avoid this company. This cottage is in great location but state of the cottage and its management is appalling. My whole weeks holiday was ruined as spent either on phone, emailing and sending photos to company re the many issues at this cottage. The many problems include: Re-cycling bin full of stagnant water. Fridge not working on arrival and had to be replaced when i was there (the interim days i was told to walk through the cottage and adjoining cottage via a connecting door to use that fridge, very time consuming to make a cup of tea or cook a meal) The washing machine did not work. (Again, told to use neighbouring cottage!). TV remote gave up so had to walk up to local shop to buy and fit new batteries. (this was reimbursed on proof of receipt). Inside of sitting room window filthy, able to write name in it if inclined (only drew finger down it for photo). The barbeque/picnic plates (for terrace table) were indescribably filthy, in a dusty wicker basket with black mold stained table cloth etc. Ironing board cover kept slipping as not securable on the board. Dust in corner of rooms and behind doors, insect husk and dust behind bathroom door and someone's moisturizer ( i presume) under layer of dust on towel rail. I have complained to Coastal Cottages Management and i'm told that it will be dealt with - but three and half weeks later? Nothing. It is not my place to do their maintenance checks, and my holiday seemed spent doing nothing but that! I've enjoyed holidays in some wonderful cottages over the years throughout the UK and have Never found so much as one of these problems. I don't consider myself fussy either, but i do expect a basic level of cleanliness with working appliances for my money.
The two of us and our dog had a lovely autumn stay in this great cottage, a 5-minute stroll to the beach and the coastal path so ideal for us walkers and beach-obsessed collie. Pub and shop a few minutes walk in the other direction. The cottage was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. We plan to return!
It is a lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Clean and tidy. Although despite the information stressing the need (with possibility of a fine) to separate recycling, there were no receptacles for food, paper or cardboard and the bin for plastics was nowhere near big enough for the 3 cottages. The outdoor room containing the communal freezer must have had a bird trapped in it recently, feathers and bird poo in abundance.
lovely cottage, perfect location had everything that we needed
Delighted with our stay at Delfryn. Gorgeous, well presented cottage in perfect location for us.
Delfryn is in the ideal position for the fantastic beach and is close to the pub, restaurant, cafe and shop. The cottage itself is lovely and comfortable and adequately equipped. Great patio area with lovely views, secure for small dogs
This is a pretty, well decorated cottage with a very pleasant patio with sea view. The access is quite limited and requires care but the location is very convenient for the beach, the pub and village shop.
