Great location. Very quiet and can walk to the beach and Saundersfoot (although steep hill back). Second double bedroom very small. Issue with family bathroom as it smelt strongly of urine (reported to owners). Kitchen well equipped. Lounge had 1 uncomfortable, stained sofa so did not spend much time there. Had a good stay as we love Saundersfoot but cottage disappointing.

Spacious property. Great location. Twelve min walk to Saundersfoot. Property is well equipped and beds/sofas are comfortable. Property could benefit from some sort of blinds/awning for the kitchen dining area. Hot water system may need some attention as was very noisy at around 3am. This may just be a timing issue. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay. The hospitality tray of goodies was much appreciated.

The family Had a lovely week at Spring Tide although weather not great. The location is quiet peaceful and pretty for sitting outside It is located at the top of a steep hill above Saundersfoot so not too suitable for the less able although there is a bus Nice walking down through the woods to the beach or the road A comfortable well equipped house well maintained

Spring Tide is a lovely cottage and nicely decorated. Lovely quiet location and only a short walk through the woods to Glen Beach. Comfy beds, although the pillows were flat and hard and past their best. Good quality linen. There was a slight issue in one of the rooms as the boiler could be heard firing up overnight. Had to use earplugs. Lovely garden to sit in the sun. Not safe for our little dog though to let off the lead. She would have gone straight through the bushes chasing birds. Could be ok for a large dog though. Nice touch with the dog bowls. Cottage was well equipped. We did find the sofa very uncomfortable. It was very low as if the legs had been removed. Perhaps a few things needed updating but overall we enjoyed our stay. Price wise we thought it a touch too expensive. First time in Saundersfoot so maybe that’s the going rate for the area. Great location to explore the fabulous beaches nearby.

The cottage is in a great location, however it is not ideal for a winter stay. We found the cottage very cold on our arrival despite the heating being on, I think it had been empty for a while and the heating really needed to have been on for 24 hours before hand, we quickly burnt through the logs. There is very bad condensation in both bathrooms and whilst the request is to open the windows in a cold and damp winter it makes no difference. The sofa is really at the end of its life and quite marked, the cushions were also well worn and those in the kitchen had marks. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen well equipped. I’m sure it’s great in the summer but not really insulated or heated well enough for a winter stay.

When we arrived, the cottage did feel a bit cold and damp, we assumed from not being used the week before. But once the heating was on and we lit the log burner it quickly felt more homely. The cottage had great character, and it's location near the coastal path was really good. There were a few little things that would improve it ( for example the main bedroom door wouldn't shut, there was only one saucepan but lids for 3 saucepans not there). But we had a great relaxing stay and our dog loved the walks!

A very well equipped cottage on the outskirts of Saundersfoot. One minor comment is that the seating in the lounge is not too comfortable and could do with upgrading, or at least an additional armchair.

Beautiful cottage, everything you need and more within the cottage. Perfect location to the centre and harbour. A ten minute walk through the woods to the most stunning beaches and views. The local people very friendly and Saundersfoot so dog friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Great facilities with all the home comforts. Very near to all the beautiful places that Pembrokeshire has to offer and the beach is a short walk down the hill.
