Ordered in March 2023 and love 3 out of the 4 items that arrived. Sadly 1 custom item not delivered and no sign of James, the shop or any contact. Having to recover via other means as past the date for credit card as waited for bespoke build in good faith
Avoid at all costs. He took my money, did nothing. When I chased him up, he gave me a sob story. I gave him more time, he did nothing. I threatened action, he sent a refund notice. No refund was made. Reported him to my bank who refunded my payment. I am not convinced he is a genuine trader.
Do not order from this company. They will not fulfil your order and they will not respond to any of your attempts to contact them. You will end up out of pocket and in a months-long dispute to get your money back. We don't want other people to go through what we've been through - still waiting for our refund.
I made a purchase two months ago and received no correspondence. I sent multiple emails and rang several times and have received no reply. I still have not received my item and the merchant refuses to give me my money back despite issuing chargebacks through my bank. I believe this company to be fraudulent and would warn anyone against purchasing from them.
Ordered a desk end of December. Apart from the order confirmation email of saying it will be 4 weeks to complete, no further communication. Emailed numerous times asking for updates no reply, called again numerous times went straight to voicemail left messages but didn’t get back. Like others have said bought from here before, communication then was poor and lead date was longer but did get the product that time. You can’t run a business by ghosting your customers. We have let the credit card company sort our refund out.
Order still not delivered 6 weeks since placing it. No response to emails or any other communication. A shame as I've ordered before and despite delivery taking longer than stated the item was great.
Would now recommend avoiding spending your money here.
