Dedicated, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and determined would be the words that would come to mind when thinking of my experience with Alfonso. Alfonso was a great help to me and my family when dealing with a property issue. Not only did he work diligently when dealing with our issue, he also displayed a sense of humour which I found particularly delightful. We cannot recommend Alfonso highly enough. He has been completely amazing in supporting our family during an incredibly difficult time.

When we first contacted him to help us obtain Power of Attorney for both of my grandparents after they became unwell, he made the entire process quick, straightforward, and efficient. He truly went the extra mile — particularly as my grandmother has mobility issues. Alfonso arranged for a notary to visit their home so the required signatures could be completed without her needing to travel. He also prepared the documents in both Spanish and English so they could be used internationally, which was an outstanding service as my grandmother was unable to travel to the UK to sign a British Power of Attorney.

Later, when my grandfather sadly passed away, Alfonso continued to be exceptional. We contacted him the day after my grandfather died, and when I flew to Spain, he made time to meet with me immediately — even rearranging other clients because he knew I was only there for a limited period. His kindness and responsiveness at such a difficult time meant so much to us.

He went even further by visiting my grandparents’ home personally and helping me sort through the documents needed to process my grandfather’s will. As I do not speak Spanish, I was unsure what paperwork was required, but Alfonso guided me through everything with patience and professionalism. He visited the property multiple times and consistently went above and beyond to support us throughout the entire situation.

Alfonso has always been prompt in his communication and has taken great care to ensure that everything was handled smoothly, with as little stress as possible for my grandmother. He also kept us fully informed while we were in the UK, which gave us enormous reassurance.

He has been a phenomenal support to our family, and we truly could not have managed this process without him. We are incredibly grateful for his dedication, compassion, and professionalism.

I went to Alfonso Soler's office on the recommendation of some friends.
Basically my wife and I were buying a villa in Altea Hills and we had no idea how the whole buying process worked in Spain.
Alfonso Soler advised us and kept us informed at all times.
In his office we got our NIE (foreigner's identification number) and from there we gave him general powers of attorney to take care of everything, from opening a bank account to signing the deed of purchase at the notary's office.
He also paid the taxes and took care of registering the house in the land registry.

We had been thinking about buying a villa in Spain for some time and finally found the house for us in Altea Hills (Spain). After negotiating, we agreed on a price and then we realised that the paperwork had just begun.
