I ordered an expensive down jacket.
The product arrived demaged and on top of that it was much different then the one shown on the online store pictures. I was contacting the seller for return, but Cotes of London ignores customer completley, never answered my messages. Poor quality product and even worse customer service. Not taking any responsibility for their products and services!
Stay away from Cotes of London!

Ordered some coat for my wife and baby daughter and they absolutely love it both matching look perfect the fit is amazing on them the quality is immaculate my wife's already referred them to all her mates and has ordered more

I ordered a jacket from Cotes of London for a trip overseas, hoping it would be a great addition to my travel wardrobe. The jacket arrived just the day before my departure, and to my dismay, it was a complete disappointment in both fit and quality. Determined to return it, I went on my trip and dealt with the frustration upon returning home.

First, it was a nightmare trying to figure out how to initiate a return. The process was far from straightforward, so I had to reach out to customer service for assistance. It took a couple of days to get a response, but they finally sent me a return link. However, when I tried to use it, the system informed me that I was 8 HOURS past their return window. Seriously? Eight hours!

I contacted customer service again, explaining the situation and hoping for a bit of flexibility, given the circumstances. Their response? A flat-out refusal to make any exceptions. Now, I'm stuck with a $295 jacket that I wouldn't even consider donating to Goodwill. The lack of customer care and understanding is appalling.

If you're thinking about shopping with Cotes of Londong, don't. Their customer service is abysmal, and their rigid policies are unreasonable. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

THIEVES! DO NOT BUY. Thieves! Absolute thieving company. They take your money and give you nothing for it. When you email them, they just stop replying. DO NOT BUY. If I could give them a score lower than 1 I would.

Ordered a jacket last July, sent off several emails requesting an update or refund- not gotten anything at all! Haven’t got anything from calls either. Major Scam!

I ordered 3 coats. 2 we're of good quality, which I'm satisfyed with, and one was of very bad, almost awful.
I notified the company for the very bad quality and they offered to refund 30% to which I denied and demanded that I can return the coat. They send me the return address and I shipped the coat back.

Now, after three months, I'm getting no replies to my messages and definitely not seeing my money on bank account. Most likely will lose this money.

Why, when being so close of a succesfull customer experience, the company spoils everything with such a small thing? Two coats we're very nice and I'm wearing them all the time, but why not bother to refund 70€ for a product which was obviously a total scam (they're not selling this jacket in web anymore)??!
As a company owner, selling to consumers, I simply can't understand this kind of thinking and behaviour. :((

Horrendous quality, Impressive website makes this out to be nothing more than a scam. Another Chinese pile of crap

When I got the coat I was very disappointed it was made from cheap raincoat material and it probably cost $4 to make and sold for $60.

This website is rubbish. There is NOTHING London or British about this label. The styling is obviously 'knocked off' from pictures on line from another site. Materials are absolute rubbish, the manufacturing poor, and the only label is in Chinese. What a rip off!

The material of the leather jacket and the summer shorts I bought together for $165 total looks very stylish, however the material quality is very poor and very thin. The shorts were too tight on the thighs although I bought my size according to their guides. Good for style, very poor for everything else.

My coat was an absolute joke. Like they stitched a couple of rags together. Stitching waa all over the place and frayed, something you would get from a market for $5 maybe. I am returning the item but i doubt ill see the money back in my account.
Waste of my time

Definitely not a scam. I ordered 2 coats and a sweatshirt from their website (spent about $195 after discounts). It took several weeks for the items to arrive, but they emailed me explaining that Covid was causing delays. When the items arrived, I realized that they run very small--perhaps they are European or Asian sizes; definitely not U.S. sizing. I usually wear an XL, but their XL was more like a U.S. medium. In terms of quality...it's not top shelf, but I think the quality is pretty commensurate with the price. What do you expect when a heavy overcoat is less than $100?

Scam. items not shipped and its been 6 weeks. no response to multiple emails. I tried to cancel the same day after reading the reviews and seeing it was crap made in China. what a bunch of sheisters. have gone via bank to get money back.

DISGUSTING PRODUCT AND SERVICE DO NOT BUY

This company/website is a scam, the products are low quality and you cannot get them to respond when asking for a refund you just get told to keep it with a discount which as it doesn't fit is pointless.

They are not a scam, they are not cheap.
I bought leather coat (which was actually ECO Leather, but of very high quality!), they came stretched very well, not like many chinese crap manufacturers doing(and i seen a lot). So next time i ordered Soho Wool coat-jacket, it arrived also of amazing quality!
The only issue, is you may need to take care of the item to straighten up everything (i did ironing as some service), as the item is folded inside package.
Overall, i am giving them 5 stars, they also responded for support very fast and with full information. Enjoyed and will definitely order more from them.

The whole thing is as legal as a scam can ever be, what is advertised as luxury clothing items turns out to have absolutely horrible quality in both material and manufacture and for ridiculous, borderline thievery prices. Do not buy their items, do not give them your money, and most of all tell everyone you know about how much of a shady lying uglier than sin brand they are.
