Buying a new kitchen from Cobwebs has been a fantastic experience. We made numerous changes to the design and throughout, Fiona and Colin were patient and extremely helpful.
The result is a beautiful new kitchen designed exactly to our specifications. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and way better than anything we could have achieved using any of the usual high street kitchen manufacturers- it truly is bespoke and we know it will give us many years of pleasure!

Having ordered multiple pieces of furniture from this company over the last four years, I have experienced numerous problems with the quality of materials and standard of manufacturing on all three items I’ve had designed and produced. I’ve come to the conclusion the furniture is overpriced and expensive, but cheap in quality, made worse by the appalling behaviour of the owner and refusal to properly fix manufacturing defects. Sadly, have had to commence legal recourse to get a refund on a unit which has required three repairs in three years and still it’s not fixed. Customer service was also nothing like I’ve experienced anywhere else - frankly shocking. Avoid the company unless your happy with expensive rubbish.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Fiona is just so helpful, responsive and friendly - nothing was too big a problem in deciding the designs of the furniture we wanted (and I changed my mind a few times!). We got immediate replies to our queries which is so refreshing. I can't recommend the company enough - such great quality and value considering these were bespoke pieces (glazed dresser and kitchen island) they are beautiful and we are SO delighted. Thank you!

I gave Cobwebs a design for speaker stands with integral shelving .. Fiona and the team have been excellent in making them, and I'm really pleased with the result.

Fiona and the craftspeople at Cobwebs provided a wonderful service. We bought a 90cm larder cupboard, a bespoke dresser and bespoke chest of drawers from Cobwebs Furniture. Fiona listened carefully to our requirements and helped create the designs for the two bespoke pieces. She kept us updated with progress and promptly responded to our emailed questions. Fiona arranged delivery with a contractor who knew our area and took great care delivering and assisting with the installation of the furniture. We are delighted with the look and quality of the finished pieces.

I ordered a linen cupboard for an alcove and felt supported from start to finish. i was able to choose my paint colour and handles and was kept in the loop throughout. The cupboard was delivered fully assembled and put in place by an excellent team. The finish and quality are excellent and worth the wait! This is a robust build that I hope to pass on as an heirloom!

Absolutely fantastic top quality furniture made to your requirements. Nothing too difficult and the owners get totally involved with your order. Brilliant quality and service. Totally recommend.
