I have used Cocklestorm on several occasions. On each occasion their staff have been extremely helpful, their service prompt and efficient and their products of a high quantity and competitively priced.

Very good service from start to finish. Having the patience at the start to explore different alternatives, arranging a convenient delivery time, going out of their way to make the delivery as easy as possible and then taking returns on our over estimated post mix bags.

We had new fencing delivered and installed by Cocklestorm this week. The two lads who came were friendly and very efficient. The old fence was removed and the new one fitted in under an hour and we are very pleased with the result. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

In the end the fences themselves and delivery service was great which would be 5 stars.
However, for my personal experience, even though I was very clear with my order, the inexperienced shop assistant (looked maybe 16 or 17) was poor and not only took my order incorrectly but insisted he had done it right many times. It was only with me pointing out for a 3rd or 4th time (going back into the store later) and a more senior colleague coming over they were able to confirm he was indeed mistaken and they then corrected the order. Somehow he then proceeded to slightly underbill me by mistake again and I had to pay the remainder over the phone. It's a good job I was very thorough or I would've got the wrong fences a few weeks later and been very annoyed. But I can't judge the whole company harshly as everyone else I spoke to was great.
So I would say, go to view the fences at the store for samples or ideas but shop for the exact order you want online or be very very clear just in case.

This is my third time using Cocklestorm in the last four years for various fencing projects. I find the staff extremely helpful and the fence panels themselves are of superb quality. Extremely sturdy with the option of fully pressure treated so they look good and last a long time with minimal maintenance. I highly recommend this company.

It is the first time I have used Cocklestorm, but it won't be the last. I bought five waney lap fence panels, two which needed cutting to size. It was quick, cheap and the panels were delivered soon after.
