Hi Terry, each coconut is unique and each harvest varies. Some nuts in your box may have more jelly/less water and other nuts may have more water/less jelly. Typically there will be approx. 250-500ml coconut water with 1mm to 5mm layer of jelly flesh, so the more water there is, the thinner the jelly layer and vice versa. The balance ratio is determined by nature and varies from coconut to coconut and harvest to harvest.

As a small company trying to do our best, it is disheartening to read this. For this particular product, Fresh Green Coconuts, there was a shortage with a shipment delay in Costa Rica, so we emailed the customer to apologise for the delay and offered a refund if they preferred not to wait. After a few more days they emailed back to ask for a refund and we refunded the order in full next day.
We are not sure what more we can do apart from emailing our customers with updates and information on delays, offer refunds and make the refunds promptly if requested.

Your order 71297 was placed last Tuesday where you specified a standard delivery 2-3 working day delivery service, and since then there have been 3 working days passed due to the Easter holidays of Good Friday and Bank holiday Monday. Those 3 working days were last Weds, last Thurs and this Tues. The fresh green coconuts which you ordered - these batches arrive here fresh every 4-7 days and we send from the newest shipments as they arrive, so you get the best available. This is stated very clearly on our website page for the product you ordered to prepare customers that there is a time to wait for the next batch to arrive from the shipment from Costa Rica. Also your thank-you email that we send does state again that delivery of fresh coconuts starts to happen once the next fresh batch arrives here. We are always available to speak to customers - our customer services telephone number is clear at the top of our website in the header section. We also have online chat available on every page which I personally monitor and respond to. We don't recall you making any enquiries, phone calls or chats. I ordered 12 bars of soap. They accidentally sent me a large jar of coconut oil by mistake. I phoned them and they let me keep the coconut oil and immediately sent me my soap, along with a free extra bar and a free soap dish. I will definitely use them again.
