So-so product, good customer service
The app and the service was not able to help me due to some additional 2-phase security put on the iCloud that I feel these people should have anticipated when they built the app for sale, and I did not see any warnings or disclaimers in the literature pages, but when I complained they were attentive and gave me a refund of half the purchase price immediately. I give their product 3 stars because it probably otherwise works and their customer service 5 stars because they did well. 4 stars total.
