Hey Nikita! Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. I have just taken a look and can see we did pop you back a response to the query? I appreciate that the Seamless Briefs had a tiny bit of overlapping in stitching on the outside of the garments. These items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, but as we felt they were definitely in a wearable condition, and the thread just needed to be cut off, it was our pleasure to offer a gift card for the inconvenience. We really do not wish to contribute to landfills of wasted clothes and hope that you will wear the item, or donate it, and perhaps purchase a new one with the gift card, or treat yourself to something new if the briefs will be worn!

Inaccurate sizing.
The skirt ties are way too long and so is the actual waist on the skirt. To tie it to fit the glitter part on the skirt folds over creating this massive knot of material.
It doesn’t even fit - I got a medium 8/10 which should have been on the smaller side for me.
And the bottoms were too big too.
I have implants so the top was fine.
Only thing I like is the top.
The rest doesn’t fit and is no way accurate to sizing.

While the skirt is labeled as one size, we want to emphasise that it can be customised to accommodate various waist sizes when worn correctly. We have a variety of images and videos on our Instagram, demonstrating how it complements different body types beautifully.
Regarding the silver trim, the skirt can be folded over as one option for fastening, as shown in our pre-purchase images. However, it's important to note that there are alternative ways to secure the skirt without this folding technique. Our dedicated team is always available to provide guidance on styling the item and ensuring it is worn correctly.
Though this is a best seller, I will be passing on this feedback and I am hoping we can start implementing different size ranges for the skirts! We are disappointed that this has resulted in merely a 1 star review, but we hope to have another chance in finding you the perfect fit!

Would recommend, but sizing a little small
I would definitely order again from this site. They are quick to deliver and very helpful with responses. My only reasons for dropping a star is that they are small fitting. I got a large which is advertised as a 10/12. Now I would agree that it is but only just. I’m quite an average 10/12 not a big one and the top does not for me at all.
I would recommend people use their site however just give yourself some time to change the sizes before your event should you need to.
