The code did not work when I first attempted to input it, but through emails (responses generally took around ~40 min) I was able to find a method that worked! Was worried when it first did not work, but after following the directions emailed to me, my SGH-i747 (locked to AT&T) is now unlocked and running T-Mobile! Thanks so much!

This service worked for me. I needed assistance getting my phone unlocked after getting the run around from T Mobile. I ordered my unlock code on line and a few hours later I had my code. It didn't work at first but a kind representative got back in touch with me and gave me more detailed instructions. It definitely worked the second time I tried it. This was money well spent as T Mobile was not going to unlock the phone until next month when I paid the prorated bill. I recommend this service.

I was septic and somewhat reluctant doing this especially because I have always wondered if it's really working. But this time I really didn't have the choice. I recently upgraded my phone and it has started to ask me a network unlock code.
Search over the web and found this company to be the most reliable...and less expensive! Bought the service and was expecting to receive the code within 24h or more but guess what? It only took them a couple of hours!
Tried the code and it's worked perfect from the 1st attempt.

Having recently moved to Australia from the US, my wife and I quickly found our ATT Galaxy S3 and S4 phones were network locked. After taking both to a local phone shop, where an unsuccessful attempt was made to unlock my phone (and which managed to wipe all my data), my wife and I found Codes2Unlock online.. and I am super-glad we did.

The entire unlocking process, from following the initial instructions to get our IMEI's, right through to the prompt and concise tech support when the code for my GS3 did not work initially, was an absolute dream.

Not only was the service super cheap, but Codes2Unlock provided us with an unlock code for both of our phones within about 4 hours of my initial request. I initially had some trouble unlocking my phone using the provided codes, and upon contacting Codes2Unlock, I received a reply from Tech Support within 10 minutes, with concise, easy to follow step-by-step instructions which worked perfectly.

Overall, I could not recommend this service HIGHLY ENOUGH to anyone with a networked locked phone... the price, service and support provided was absolutely top notch, and most importantly the codes work and I now DO NOT have to pay exorbitant amounts to my former carrier in the US just for the privilege of being able to use my phone on another network

I decided to use these guys based on the positive reviews on here. However, the initial instructions I received for Blackberry, along with the code didn't include my make/model.
I emailed them and they responded next day with a further set of instructions which again were useless.
So....I still have a locked Blackberry, and I'm now 4-5 quid down as well. Based on my experience I'd recommend that people avoid this method of unlocking, and find a dodgy market stall/booth that does it why you wait for about a tenner, which is what I shall now have to do myself.
