Delay on the parcel, but eventually delivered after customer service
I trusted Cofee Desk but I was wrong. Since 8 days, nothing happened, the parcel is blocked.
I emailed Coffee Desk, who said there would be 1 day delay. But now, they do not answer any message any more since 7 days.
[edit] Despite some delay, the customer service eventually went back to me, and the parcel was successfully delivered.

After your report, I confirmed the parcel's delay with the carrier, and our transportation department immediately intervened. From then on, we had the situation under control until delivery (one day after our intervention).

Shipping is very slow
Shipping is very slow, I ordered a package six days ago and it has yet to arrive. Tracing the package, I can see everything seems to happen in slow motion while absolutely nothing is happening during the weekend suggesting the company uses the cheapest possible carrier service which is disappointing.

We’re sorry for the delay, the parcel was shipped via DPD courier, but I see that the delivery status is changing. This is likely due to the carrier's high volume of parcels right before the holidays.
I see that the parcel is already abroad, so it should be delivered quickly, we will monitor the parcel to intervene if it gets stuck.
