Late (not actually in stock) and disappointing quality
Ordered some Swiss Water Colombia decaf as green beans; they were not actually in stock, which was disappointing, as they appeared to be in stock on placing the order. That made them about a week late. As regards quality, I can't recommend, because either they are really very different to roast than the specialty washed coffees I calibrated to, or the beans are actually just not at all to my taste.

Cracking company!
Coffeelink has been supplying us with delicious coffee for many years. I knew them when they started the business on the Ipswich Waterfront. I've seen them grow and know their conscientious business model. We love their Kivu Coffee - delicious and indeed a number of others that we have tried are great too!

Most flexible subscription imaginable!
I have been using their coffee subscription service for a few months. It is so easy to amend and pause the subscription online and I love the range of choices available eg. Ground for Aeropress/cafetiere, different bag sizes, different subscription lengths. Also it is really good coffee and the price is not bad for what you get.

Always a great experience
Always a great experience. I tend to order online and collect in person! Very helpful staff and even when I order and pick up a hour later the order is ready! And every now and then I get a complementary coffee while I wait! The coffee is always fresh and great tasting too!
