Whitechapel branch: Really delicious food and coffee! I had a caramel latte and almond croissant. Everything tasted freshly made, the coffee just the right amount of sweetness and froth lasted throughout. The croissant was flaky on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect. Good customer service, they helped my friend who needed a little assistance. Plug points and a toilet too! Nice atmosphere, gentle music and not too noisy, nor crowded.

Has gone down the pan. Especially edgware. Never clean. Filthy counters and the coffee making station- very dirty. I doubt they clean. Very busy otherwise. Service and quality is down and not what west end branches are. Same price edgware as west end, inferior quality and bad experience

If the three different coffees we had had been any colder we could have called them iced coffees.

Like the other chains it focusses on profit not quality or flavour. The cold mocha milk I had still had a variety of sizes of ice cubes in it some which helpfully blocked the straw. The drink itself was very sweet but clearly lacking in a recognisable flavour beyond sweet.

Popped In To Get An Iced Oat Latté & To Use There Loo!
They Were Good Enough To Help Me Back Down The 2 Steps For The Elevated Area Where The Toilet Is, & The Iced Oat Latté Was In A Pint Cup, Filled Right Up With Oat Milk & It Tastes Great!
Nothing Else To Say Except, It’s Quite A Cosy Little Place, In Whitechapel, As I Felt At Ease & Been Here For 2 Hours Or So!
