I got 6x Salvia and it didn't have any effect, it also smelled a lot like tea so I don't know.

Salvia only has a limited effect in joint form, as they don't get hot enough to vapourise all the active compound. The product you ordered will only have a mild effect and isn't really intended to give a full-on salvia experience. A pipe or bong might the best approach next time, along with some stronger extract.

Excellent service
Answered my emails in under 24 hours and next day delivery for £1.55. They told me that next day delivery isn't guaranteed, but they post all orders on the same day via first class post.
