POOR WORKMANSHIP and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Went to Coggin Ford / Deland Lincoln for warranty work on my Lincoln Continental. I was NOT HAPPY with the work performed. My vehicle came out of the body shop in worse condition than it arrived.
I dropped off my Continental detailed and shiny. When it came out it had tape marks, scuffs and a ding in the side. In addition, they painted right over the part number stickers on the inside of the trunk and hood.
Louise Mazzoli was very dismissive and condescending when the issues with the vehicle were pointed out. She wouldn't even admit that the tape marks on the car were from the body shop. She virtually accused me of trying to blame them existing damage. Her comment was "Oh, we're going to go there?"
Yes Louise, we did go there! I am telling the whole world about my experience...including Lincoln corporate!
The Manager was supposed to call...No Call..Still Waiting.
