They had a data breach my guess they’re worried they’ll be sued and have just stopped running the business, yeah sure you can log on but support isn’t working and DAX CHAN won’t answer emails neither does Natalie.
Close your account and don’t put money anywhere near them it stink of exit scam!!!

I think coincut is going through an Exit scam
Money can not be withdrawn, BTC can not be transferred and the team are not registering messages as seen have been silent for over 7 days as at 1 March
It is a shame because they were good at what they did

I have dealt with this company many times without issue. I had my first problem ever yesterday. It was dealt with in a very helpful and friendly way with step by step guidance via email, I was kept updated and emailed when the issue was resolved. Very happy to give 5 stars and my trust level of this company has increased.
Good service
Been using coincut with my brother for a nearly a year now. Only thing I can say is if you are selling outside of business hours give them a chance, 9 times out of 10 your order is processed even out of business hours. Communication could do with an improvement but as long as you do everything your part correctly the order will go smooth.

Very bad customer service,I tried to buy some coins wanted a refund and it's taking ages to get one.I would say Stay Away if you dont want hassle .I stupidly sent £50 to the wallet and want it send on cant do it had no reply in days ,so I believe the are a scam site. You will probably lose your money dont bother.
Good website in my opinion
Good website in my opinion, very easy to sell funds and never had an issue apart from withdrawing funds to external wallets what im sure will be resolved.
Only issue, and this is the reason its 4/5 and not 5/5, is the communication, or the lack of it i should say.

Avoid if you value customer service at all. I finally managed to get my money for my BitCoin sale 5 days late. No response from repeated attempts to contact through their official lines of communication. After a lot of trawling of the internet and a few sleepless nights I managed to make contact with ‘Dax’ through his personal email address. Posting here as it may be of use for others out there – waidat@ gmail.com.
Easy and fast to buy and sell
Easy and fast to buy and sell. No waiting for ages like on exchanges.
If you're selling to them, just make sure you use a decent fee for the transaction you're sending to them. Then they sould recieve it faster and you'll get your payment in your bank account.
bit slow on payment and response times …
bit slow on payment and response times but they do pay
Avoid
Give you a quote, then pay you a totally different amount. When questioned no reply.
Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service, no customer service, they just don't reply but the amount of time I takes to transfer your money during working hours is too class and being in the uk it's hard to find a site to trust and is that easy to use!! Brilliant company!
WARNING DO NOT USE
WARNING DO NOT USE. This is a scam. At first your first transaction and may be 2 or 3 more may appear to be good honest easy transactions. However this is to lure you in and soon enough you won't get paid if selling to them but they will keep your bitcoin. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They will not reply and no matter how hard you try they just ignore you. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE as sooner or later they will scam you too.
Their website gives confusing messages
Their website gives confusing messages. Tells me to do things which either have no effect or cannot be done. It allows me to do transactions and then tells me I should not do them. I shall give them details direct.

I have used the Coincut website a number of times. Makes buying or selling bitcoin a piece of cake. Speedy service too.
Does what it says on tin. Too bad if you want to speak to anyone or chat!
My first time using Coincut was to sell bitcoin, and its a simple enough process on the face of it. What worried me was that it took longer than I thought it would and there is no way of actually chatting or phoning or emailing them at all really if you'rr worried about your transaction. There appear to be channels of communication on the site but they do not work during office hours on a Monday so what use are they? Also if you're already worried it makes it far worse if you can't speak to anyone!
My GBP appeared in my paypal account around two hours after I transferred them from my ledger nano, But that was a long couple of hours and I became convinced that I'd been scammed. In the event I hadn't. They just will not reply to any method of communication. That is my only criticism. But I think it is a significant one.
Buying Bitcoin
I used Coincut to buy a small amount of Bitcoin to try them out. No problems on my first transaction.
Best way to get BTC
Great, easy and fast service in getting BTC. Keep up the good work!
MONEY TRANSFERS AND SUPPORT
PERFECT! NO PROBLEMS WHEN MY MONEY TRANSFERS, I GET BITCOINS SO FAST! LOL TOP COMPANY! AND DAX AS SUPPORT IS AWEEESOME!!!! GG! XDXD
No communication. Transactions taking very long time to be accepted!
Start off very helpful. First transactions go through within couple of hours.
Dax will send regular messages, checking all is okay and you are happy with the service.
It appears things have changed regarding staff lately. Since this apparent change the service has declined rapidly. Transactions taking as long as 18 hours to complete. Messages are read but not replied to.
Really thinking about going somewhere else now. Shame
Viable option for purchasing altcoin in GBP
The exchange rate for Monero isn't great but it is the only option I know of for GBP straight to XMR.
A trade takes a little time unless you setup a Fidor bank account - I tried this but Fidor insisted I show them my passport, drivers license wasn't acceptable. Well I don't have a current passport so apparently I can't open an account.
Problems and questions have been resolved in a timely fashion.
Overall I like this service just wish the exchange rate was a bit better.
