Coindirect Reviews 

My father recently passed away and I have provided all documents to Coin Direct due to their closure. Extremely unethical that they won’t even reply to emails, nor are they willing to assist with the matter. So, basically they will profit off my fathers account and there’s nothing we can do about it! Disgusting!

Now I’ve received a reply saying it’s finalised because I’ve left a review but I’ve received no communication around this, nor have I received the funds? Terrible service!!! Now it explains why coin direct is closing, as I would have never ever recommended them following this experience!!!

Been trying to withdraw three days ago to my ledger nano and no joy. No response from customer service. Terrible lack of any form of customer service. They are stopping retail transactions and warn people to get their coins off the exchange. How if they are not processing withdrawals.

Slightly concerned!

Coindirect are due to close retail side of things by Jan 2023 and have announced this publicy. Coindirect have urged clients to withdraw funds by this date.

HOWEVER, I have had multiple withdrawals sit on "Pending Admin Approval" for over 3 weeks and am now slightly concerned whether we will see our money...

I have searched twitter and people are having the same issue. Coindirect can we have some clarity!? What is going on? Why are withdrawals taking so long? Is the company facing financial hardship? Are you running off with all your clients money?

Exchanges do not take this long to give people answers so we want answers! I speak on behalf of many many people I expect.

Started sending funds to the exchange to trade and found out after a few deposits that they gave me some TRX tokens. I really appreciated that and even small amounts makes huge differences. Coindirect is one of the few exchanges that will give out coins without having to fulfill requirements to get free coins. If there are requirements, at least they don't mention it and just give out the coins when it is reached. Haven't traded yet, still transferring from other exchanges, but I can't wait to experience trading on this platform.

The support received from Coindirect to my question was answered quickly and easily. Very happy!

Found an old account I had on there back from 2019. Still had 11$ worth of coin inside, tried to withdrawal, it never processed. lol

Pathetic, stay way from these bottom feeders.

My first ever withdrawal frozen, no reason given, multiple emails sent, no response for days.

on Aug 9th I cent transferred £500 to my coindirect account, from my lloyds accoung, a day later it still wasnt there, they told me they had changed their banking system and my money would be returned "automatically" nothing happened, after repeted requests for my money they then told me they suspect fraudulent behaviour and have been radio silent ever since, I'm £500 down and they have stopped replying to me,

I'm appalled with their behaviour and arrogance.

How can a crypto deposit be taking more than 48 hours and still haven't reflected in my balance...this is absurd please look into it. It's over 48 hours and am yet to receive my crypto in my wallet.
It's been over 72 hours. I am still waiting for the Customer care Reply and my Crypto has yet to be deposited... #No2CoinDirect

Hello,i deposit money for my account and i use this coindirect it is already 30 hours untill now i didnt receive the amount.i will not recomend this platform stay away from this scam company i wish you could solve from problem

MANUAL APPROVAL CONTINOUSLY!!!!
APPEARS FRAUDULENT AS THERE IS NO TRANSACTION HASH AVAILABLE TO TRACK WHETHER YOUR WITHDRAWAL HAS BEEN INITIATED.

I have requested a breakdown of all my transactions, including all my fees and charged for my duration using this useless exchange.

Exchanges should not be forcing clients to use the platform as cold storage for assets.. Get a life!!!

I have used various Exchanges and have never encountered problems like these and fees that seem abit higher than usual or otherwise indicated.

Varified client on Binance, Coinbase, Cryptodotcom, Bitcoindotcom, Luno, CakeDefi and I've used wallets like Trust, Exodus, that offer exchange/trade services. I have never experienced this type of ***** useless service from any of the above, in fact any other crypto related platform.

Very fast and reliable with deposits and withdrawals

My account has been running without issue for over 12 months, the bank account I used to deposit the funds into coindirect is the same one they won`t deposit back into. STATUS is set as DECLINED on a verified account.

Too long to load wallet, prices quoted are higher than market, manual withdrawal checking is BS, no such thing, when u withdraw transaction supposed to be on chain what nonsense is this wait for manual review BS, I will never use coindirect again and I will never refer you

Nonsense it is not resolved, stop lying, my profile on your site states that i am verified, i proceeded on that basis, now 4 days later after 2 ETH and 1 XRP transactions you say im unverified, nonsense! 4 days! FOUR days for a chain transaction. Do not trust you, you hold funds under the guise that you are verifying blah blah, low staff blah blah,but what you actually do is trade so that you earn more. AND WHY WAS I CHARGED MORE THAN YOUR MARKET PRICE AT THE TIME??? 4 days!

I was about to dep USDT but I saw that you need 12 confirmations. I dont whether will end up delaying my money because I wanted to use it.

Please let me know if its OK to dep money that I am going to convert it to Rands.

Put a deposit in & showed up in acct & got email to say it had been received, no qualms with that!!
