My IP is not Proxy nor VPN !!!

My IP is not Proxy nor VPN !!!
I followed a ptc ads to this site. When I tried to sign up, it said my ip is proxy/vpn and not allowed to register. Actually my ip is NOT proxy nor vpn. It's a very bad experience so I want to give it 0 star !!!!!!!

At first it seems legit

At first it seems legit, as I'm trying to withdraw for the 3rd time. I can't access my access. This scam app tells me that I'm using a proxy and VPN but I'm not using one. I'm using a data load.
So I could say that this coinlean.com is 1000% SCAM !!!!
