Wallet works very well with multiple Profiles and multiple coins!
The customer support responds fast and competent.
Unfortunately many users confuse a wallet with blockchain services and if they for example loose their funds because of using maybe a wrong ETH protocol or something, they think its a fraud and make the wallet responsible and give 1-Star feedback. So my suggestion is to read the blockchain manual first.

Bad wallet, untrusted.
Muy poco confiable, me estafaron 542 USD en BTC hace 3 o 4 años y cuando reclame me dijeron que no podian ni ver los logs para poder ver que habia sucedido, les envie hasta las trazas y quien habia sido el ladron. Al final perdi mi dinero, no hicieronnada por investigar.La historia es mucho mas larga, aun tengo las evidencias.
Untrusted, i lost near of 542 USD in BTC. Someone stoled my money 3 or4 years ago, i never gave my password or any other seed to anybody. I sent the proof of everything about the scammer and all their transacctions, stealing the money to other people too. They said that they can not check the logs of their own company to see what happened.

Coinomi is a non-custodial wallet, meaning it doesn't have access to users' funds, private keys, or transaction history. This also means that Coinomi does not have a central system where it can track individual transactions or recover lost funds. All transaction records are available on public blockchains, and since Coinomi does not collect or store any user data, there is no internal log that can be checked to see what happened.
While we understand your frustration, especially given the amount involved, it's important to note that protecting your private keys and seed phrases is crucial because anyone who has access to these can control your funds. If your funds were stolen, it's likely that someone gained access to your private information.
Unfortunately, in situations where funds are transferred out of your wallet due to a compromise, Coinomi cannot retrieve them as they are permanently recorded on the blockchain. However, you might want to report the theft to local authorities or seek assistance from blockchain forensic services to see if there is any possible recourse.
We encourage all users to practice good security to protect your digital assets. If you have any further questions or need advice on how to secure your wallet, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Very disappointing
Chose Coinomi due to good reviews for their wallet connect but am regretting it now. At the beginning of the year they removed the wallet connect option without any warning. Having asked what happened and when it was going to return and constantly being fobbed off with the ‘soon’ reply it has not come back and so I’ve had to chose a new provider. Be aware!
