Unclean shop.
We went in this shop to look at fish and plants. We were very unhappy. The tanks of fish were full of detritus and weeds, and looked disgusting. The fish themselves were showing unusual behaviour, for example the minnows, which are usually very lively, were staying very still and when moving, they were very slow. Most of the other items in this place were completely covered in dust, so I think the employees should get on and actually clean up.
Overall, very disappointed, hence 1 star.

Animal welfare practices are extremely inadequate. Purchased sick animals from here and had to take them to the vet, called to advise that we had, had to do this resulting in a £40 vets bill. Was told that as we hadn’t put the animals through more stress and trauma by making the journey all the way back there with the ill animals that they wouldn’t be doing anything about it because “how do they know it was their supplied animals we had taken to the vets?” - unfortunately for them contract law isn’t on their side on this one and there for we are taking this much further not only on a matter of principal but on a matter of animal welfare.
