Everything went smoothly

Everything went smoothly, good communication, fast processing. I also like the choice of different shipping methods (fast delivery is more expensive, of course, while lower costs mean longer delivery times). Everything went perfectly. I can highly recommend ColisExpat.

Lost my parcel and refuse to take…

Lost my parcel and refuse to take responsibility even though there’s a proof of delivery photo at the UK platform reception. 3 months of runaround and “we’ll get back to you”; 6 attempts to follow up - all to no avail. Now it is too late to report loss under credit card insurance, I have finally been told (after waiting another 3 weeks) that I should ‘take it up with the carrier. Except the carrier clearly delivered it - and Colis Expat know that. Not good enough. Really disappointed at the lack of customer service and responsibility taken. Yes the parcel was valuable. No I have no recourse.

We are truly sorry for this situation and fully understand your frustration, especially given the value of the parcel and the time spent following up.

In this case, despite the delivery photo provided by the carrier, our UK warehouse did not record any physical intake of this parcel in our system. Without an official reception scan or intake confirmation on our platform, we are unfortunately unable to open a loss claim or take responsibility on our side. This is why the carrier or the merchant remains the only party able to formally contest the delivery.

We acknowledge that the delays and repeated follow-ups you experienced are not acceptable and we sincerely regret the impact this has had on you. Your case was escalated internally multiple times, but the absence of a recorded reception ultimately blocked any further action.

We remain very sorry for this outcome and for the disappointment caused.

First time User... Mixed feelings

First time I used ColisExpat and leaving some mixed feelings.
Unfortunately it took about 2 weeks until I was able to forward my parcel as my parcel was delivered to ColisExpat, but wasn't visible in my account.
I contacted the support to get information about my parcel.
I still don't know what the issue was exactly and If I would have received my parcel without contacting the support.
Price for delivery was fair.

Deliveries from the warehouse in Italy…

Deliveries from the warehouse in Italy to the warehouse in France are taking far too long. The promised delivery dates are not being met, which is very frustrating.

Colis is never cheap, and they are not trying any more

Colis is never cheap, and never reliable. But usually the package actually arrives. This time, it did not arrive at all. After 6 months of relentless back-and-forth, they finally suggested that my USD $169 package was worth EUR 18 and that I should treat this as "good news," They asked if I wanted a Colis credit for my next shipment! I sent invoices, I was patient, they admitted that FedEx lost the package, etc. This is far beyond bad, this is actual theft.

Follow up I did not receive help

Follow up I did not receive help. This company annoys me so much I’ve moved home so I no longer live in the city I used to send parcels it does not allow you to delete past shipping addresses manually you have to contact someone a days and days of going back and forth I get a response and they basically want me to send parcels to my home address which I no longer occupy? Because apparently they can’t remove home addresses if youve sent an item there before

This si a COMPLETE SCAM!
I had 2 packages one from Spain and one from UK from March. Both tracking said they sent the products and till the date, 8 months later I am still waiting for them. They blocked me from everywhere and they don’t answer my emails. I have already started a lawsuit against them, but it will take time. If anyone wants to join the lawsuit contact me on IG @byjessicabrion. And Colis Expat Karma will find you and Karma is b***c.

An excellent service

I have been really pleased with the service.As soon as the item arrives at the ColisExpat address in the UK, they alert me immediately.I can then easily fill in customs details and delivery payment.I find the service invaluable as I can still buy from the UK.
