lost shipment
I was expecting a shipment to the Italian warehouse. The shipment was delivered, entered into the system and sent to the central French warehouse. The email contained the usual information, as soon as the shipment is delivered within 2-6 business days, I will be able to continue operating with the shipment. So I wait a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months.... I am still waiting for that email. I see the shipment in my profile, I cannot operate with it. Simply put, the package was either deliberately stolen by someone or it was lost. In communication with the customer service line it is clear that I am not entitled to a refund, because it has been more than 60 days. But I am still waiting for the email to which they undertook to inform me of the receipt of the shipment. I am still waiting.....
In my defense, I must write that I receive dozens of shipments per month to different warehouses in different countries and I do not have time to check each shipment. That's what I relied on CXP. I lost 65EUR.
This means: check every shipment and don't wait to file a complaint.
Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service.

Ingenious service! Once one works out the process, it is straight forward and extraordinarily efficient. Most importantly, I was able to purchase 2 items in Spain that were unavailable in England. Really great, was apprehensive initially with some positive and negative reviews about but needed some shoes shipped from France and these guys seemed like the best possible option. Glad I did. The process was somewhat seamless, you pretty much fill in some forms and pay and they handle it on their end. They also let you know as soon as the package has arrived and they have processed it. First time went really well so I shipped with them again a second time. I honestly only knocked a star off because the second time round was a little glitchy and I had a moment where I had no info on my parcel although it had been delivered to them. But dropping them an email eased my concerns a little and then the parcel was shipped soon after. And really that wasn’t too much of a delay (a couple of days). But glad to use them and will be using them again!

My opinion of Colis Expat is this company is a fraud
My opinion of Colis Expat is unbelievable. I still doubt that this company is legitimate. I sent several items to be repackaged, as they split them into three shipments, seemingly at their whim. I sent the first shipment over a month ago and I'm still waiting. I have no idea about the second because the website never provides any tracking information. The worst is the third shipment. Out of desperation, I paid for expedited shipping via DHL, and I have no idea what happened to my items. They charged a high shipping fee, and DHL tells me they only issued the label and didn't deliver any products. I've been sending emails for a month with no response. I'm convinced I've been scammed. Please don't be fooled by this company that doesn't even answer emails. If you pay for insurance and tracking, it's even worse because it's all a scam.

Friday and weekend deliveries are registered late
I don’t like that when a package is delivered on Friday or during the weekend I have to wait until Tuesday-Wednesday for the package to be registered… and this always happens when I have 9 packages waiting for the 10th one so that I can forward them all together. I am overall happy with the company, considdring I have never had a lost package or anything that was not solved at the end. Of course there were sometimes small delays or orders that took a bit longer to proccess but nothing excesive. I would definitively recommend.
