Colissimo - La Poste Reviews 

The package has been at the post point in France since August 29, 2024, and a month later, I still haven't received anything. The sender has inquired, and now it turns out they don’t know where the package is. How on earth is this possible?

Delivered on time and in good condition - what more can you ask for?

On time every time . We have the best postman . He is always happy and is patient with our small yapping dog . We don’t speak French so he’s equally patient with us.

Very quick and reliable service

We were given 2 codes to enter into the website to have our package delivered to us. Both worked like they were supposed to. The package was delivered by La Poste when it was supposed to. The package arrived in perfect condition.

Totally satisfied with the service that I have received from Colissimo this past year. Deliveries have, in the main, been on time and where there has been face to face with the Colissimo representative, the latter has always been helpful, polite, and a pleasure to deal with - 5 Stars.

Had to send tax documents from France to Germany. They arrived at the address within 5 days apparently, but then the Deutsche Post claimed there was nobody in the office! This was during office hours at a big financial company!
Three and a half months later I have not received the documents back or even heard from Colissimo after sending 3 detailed forms through their website. I have spent hours trying to sort this out. The tax return deadline has passed. The parcel itself cost 25€ to post. I'm seriously out of pocket and Colissimo hasn't even had the decency to reply to me. I will never send anything important with them again.

All the delivery drivers are kind and courteous. They are always friendly and on occasion I have been out I received a phone call to ask where I would like my parcel placing. Excellent service.

I have just been scammed by this company on Facebook market place & am unable to recover my money.
Be very aware there are a lot of reviews on here stating scams I only wish I had seen them first

I am home all day to receive a notification that my order could not be delivered because I was absent. It's a lie! No one called, no one knocked my door. Zero contact. Am I supposed to wait outside all day for them?
Customer service is a bot chat which is useless.

This is my first shopping in France online store. And with the Colissimo company this experience turned out to be successful and enjoyable. They delivered my purchcase to the French branch of the Ukrainian post office quickly and without problems. I don’t know how Colissmo in my area, Bourg-Saint-Andéol 07700 France, can continue functioning with the delivery guys they have. They are illiterate? I have my name on my mailbox and on the buzzer. I am 2 minutes from the door. I have lived in the apartment for three years. My Name is English. But they are unable to deliver? Last package delivered but no one knows where. Not in my block. So inconsiderate.
The parcel turned up thanks to an honest neighbour who was from another block of flats. Wrong building, wrong name? He recognised me from the advertisement on my car. I am an estate agent. Thank goodness he was more attentive than the delivery person.
