Colissimo - La Poste Reviews 

WARNING DON'T USE THIS SERVICE.
Especially if you are from Italy or other countries, they steal and loose packages, the customer service doesn't exist, they don't control they're workers , looks like a cove of robbers, go check on internet the thousands of reviews that say so , even Wikipedia say so . Don't rely on them stay away from it . If this is France post service all the France people should be ashamed, I hope they arrest all the people behind this. It's ridiculous it's a scam.

Very quick delivery, and the parcel was in perfect condition. Very pleased with the service, thank you.

service rapide et simple

I chose a pickup point near my house. But for some reason - unavailability? - it was sent to another one (without consulting with me if it is ok - I think you could ask to re choose the pickup point). And it took me an hour! to go there - it literally looked like in the middle of nowhere. Overall I spent 2h just for the commute. And working hours of this pickup point was super inconvenient. I am super unsatisfied with the service.

The deliverer arrived at my house to find no one was there. He telephoned me and asked where I was. I was walking in a park behind the house. He drove round to the park and waited for me to climb up the hill to where he was parked. He then handed over the parcel with a smile. Full marks!

Gift came early and she loved it. It was well packed. No issues. Thank you.

Super service

Driver Could not be bothered to take to front door. He threw it on the floor by the side of the house. I am in a wheelchair and was waiting for him at my front door.

Terrible service say they sent my parcel london but i cant track my parcel its stuck with no update and its hard to contact la poste live chat im frustrated smh

Retrait dans un Relay pick up libre service, H24, simple et efficace, pas d'attente, livraison rapide.

My candle arrived broken, which can I happen, I accept. However, when asked the employees at La Poste, I’ve not received ‘even simple « we are sorry ». They told me « we don’t know what to do » and « we don’t guarantee that it arrives unbroken ». So following the logic, we send something but no guarantee it will arrive safe? 🙂

Expérience client désastreuse, une fois de plus:
Envoi d'un objet acheté sur Internet par Colissimo, aucune communication de Colissimo concernant le suivi de l'objet, puis découverte 2 jours plus tard que l'objet a soit-disant été livré dans ma boîte aux lettres. Je ne l'ai pas trouvé et ai créé un ticket d'incident (engagement de réponse sous 48 heures). Malheureusement, aucun retour 5 jours plus tard, et aucun moyen de tracker le numéro d'incident ou de relancer la Poste. Inacceptable, du pur amateurisme.

Very poor customer experience unfortunately, and that is not the first time this is happening:
I ordered from a online seller, was never contacted or updated by Colissimo about the parcel delivery process, only to find out from my online seller that it was supposed to have been delivered (which was not obviously)
I created a case to follow up 5 days ago, with 48hours answere commitment, but of course never was contacted by anyone. Moreover, it is simply impossible to follow up on this case number, whether by phone or online.

Fantastic service

I receive many packages from this company several times a month… I don’t recommend them they treat your stuff badly, they always leave it at a relay point saying that they’ve tried to attempt delivery but actually they didn’t. They just left a paper in your mailbox.
