Ordered Aesop Charlie Bear online (payment accepted). Received email saying item was no longer in stock and order cancelled and refund. Now being hassled to “leave a review” for an item I didn’t receive!

Absolutely over the moon with my Ashleigh And Burwood aromas, lots of choice and at decent prices. Bought 3 bottles of various liquids and shall definitely be buying more just before these run out. Can’t live without these. Great service from ordering online to receiving the items within 3 days, packaged well, can’t fault them at all.
