Ordered an item 11 days ago and it still hasn't been received by the mailing company. No reply to my emails. Absolutely shocking service. Will be leaving negative reviews everywhere.

Mixed bag but did well in the end
I will start of by saying my overall experience with Collect and Display was a total mixed bag. Ordered an item I could not get elsewhere for valentines which was quickly approaching at the time. The first came damaged, a tear and knocks to the outer case (collectors item) and I then saw the bad reviews for hacked bank details and poor communication and panicked. Emailed and didn’t get a response but a notification of a second being sent after a couple of days. Second attempt was damaged, looked like someone had kicked it in and I was quite upset - this is where I will add they went out of their way to help. Sent it next day delivery and communicated really well.

Great!
I’ve purchased several Kidrobot products from Collect and Display over the past couple of years, I’ve only ever experienced a mistake with one order & they were quick to sort it out. It’s definitely one of the best places to buy Vinyl Toys/Art/Figures in the UK. The one thing they could improve on is keeping the estimated arrival of pre-ordered items more up to date, but that is the case with many retailers of these kind of products so maybe that’s also due to the suppliers.
