This is a very organised and professional company. Great communication. All phone and email correspondence was respectful, professional, and in a timely manner. I moved from a 1-bedroom flat with lift access, over 100 miles away to a 2-bedroom maisonette style flat with no lift. The removal team of 3 people showed up at the exact scheduled time the day of the move. They quickly, carefully, and efficiently put all of my belongings into the truck and delivered them to my new place (stairs included) with no problems. All of my belongings were intact and in good condition. Nothing was damaged or broken along the way, and the removal team were extremely helpful and courteous. Planning a big move is very stressful, but the Collect & Drop team made the actual move day a breeze. I am beyond pleased by the exceptional service and the reasonable pricing. I would definitely use them again if I need removal services, and will be recommending them to all of my friends.

Nathan and the moving team were nothing less than amazing! My move was via mutual exchange and quite stressful, and the team were patient and compassionate, the packing of the van impressed me, the time and care taken was 10/10, but was also very prompt and efficient.
