Smooth transaction every time I have…

Smooth transaction every time I have used them. Looks like this page has been attacked by fake negative reviews. This is why Trust Pilot is not trusted any more! They need more moderators to remove clearly fake negative reviews! Trust Pilot come on sort it out.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP! Cards are graded by them and they own that grading company. The graded cards at 10 would not even get PSA 5’s. Made the excuse that I would have to pay the difference due to website fees not to refund me. I lost a lot of money because of these people and I do not want anyone else to also be scammed!

Bought a Chinese 1st Edition PGC 10 Charizard…

I recently bought a Chinese 1st Edition Charizard from them and it graded PGC 10 gem mint but my guess is that I can cross it to a PSA 9 or maybe a BGS 9.5. I feel that PGC gives away too many 10s. They gave me a free card. To my surprise when the parcel arrived today I got a PSA 10 card with Arita's autograph on it for free. How do you like em apples? My experience was very good and I will most likely buy from them again if I see a good deal. I don't really trust PGC grading but I am pleased with my purchase.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID. I accepted an offer on a 1st edition Charizard. His wife claimed it was a typo and offered me a 1st edition Blastoise at a decent price directly from their website, if I removed the negative feedback. I did this and purchased the Blastoise using the discount code provided by his wife through eBay. He then cancelled the order again saying there’s no way he’s selling it for what was agreed between me and his wife. This is twice now, I said I would amend my feedback to negative and he replied saying that’s extortion and blackmail 🤣 so as a paying customer who has been let down twice, I find it within my God given right to share this with you all so you don’t have to deal with this terrible company. This eBay is what his wife sells his own graded cards from & they are rougher than tarzans feet.

Terrible

Terrible. They sell cards graded by an unknown grading company, with misleading description; grades are all very high with description including words such as gem mint or mint and PSA; I unfortunately ordered one of such cards which was supposed to be gem mint; I received it and it had a visible pressure/crest (not advertised and not visible in the published pictures) and it clearly was not gem mint. When asked for a refund, the seller was not collaborative at all, declining all responsabilities and telling to complain with the grading company (where suspiciously they grade 100% of their valuable cards). Eventually, they suggested me to sell the card to someone else and stopped answering.
I read about other similar situations on the web (in particular on reddit).
