Fast delivery. Reasonable postage charge. My favourite clothing brand. Can only afford to buy in the sales but luckily these happen quite often. Only criticism is the website can be troublesome to use.

Lorrina black and white check suit looks better in real life than on the site.
I ordered the Lorrina black and white check jacket and matching skirt. As I knew my size and knew the material had no stretch it would be touch and go if the skirt fitted. Luckily it did and the suit looks very good on, much better than it does on the site. Yay!

Over £6.00 out of pocket for nothing
Unfortunately I didn’t like the coat.
I will have to return it. This is not a problem. It can happen.
The problem is that I had already paid for the shipment and now I will have to pay also to return this item.
I will be over £6.00 out of pocket.
It’s not fair.
I have been in touch with Collectif, asking if we could share this cost. I had paid for the shipment, they could pay for the return. Unfortunately they have been unreasonable.
It’s a shame.
I was a customer, this was my first online purchase with them, my previous purchases were at the shop.
I won’t be a customer anymore.

Amazing quality
I ordered some things in the summer sale for my hen party which was tropical themed. I thought if one of those items fit me properly, i'd be a winner! As it turns out, everything fits like a glove and the quality is amazing. I only have two nights out to go on and about eight outfits. Deciding what to send back will be tough! Couldn't rate Collectif highly enough

Brought cactus dress in the sale
Brought cactus dress in the sale, arrived quickly and well packed. Ordered in size 14 generous fit nice and cool perfect for the sunny weather. I would say might not be suitable for someone with a small bust as the bust size is very generous suits me as I am large at the top and smaller at the bottom. Very pleased 😀 this could become my new favourite.
