false promises

I ordered 3 products. In the shopping cart, a gift body perfume was offered. I accepted the gift, of course. Then the website prompted that I could receive 2 free samples with my order. I spent some time selecting the samples and added them to my shopping cart.
Then I entered a discount coupon and paid my order.
When I received the package, neither the gift nor the free samples were included.
I wrote an email to find out why, I expected some kind of apology; instead, they told me that I just had not added them to my order - but I had!
So they sell good products, but make false promises. Not serious.
