What a fantastic company. I’ve used their services since 2021 via the NHS which has always been totally reliable. For various reasons I found myself 300 miles from home urgently needing some colostomy pouches. They delivered laser cut pouches in 24 hours. Thank you. What a company

I've been serviced by Coloplast for years and if this my first 5 star review I'm sorry!
From my first experience to last week the service has been perfect, even after the recent changes to how orders are created. It's a pity 6+ stars aren't available.

I used the online chat to order my supplies and spoke with Teghan who was extremely helpful and advised because I was going away so not to delay me getting my items and the fact it was a larger amount that I needed to go down and speak to my GP practice so it didn't get reduced (the quantity) which I appreciated as in the long run it'll save me time and energy.

I just had a chat with a member of staff Teghan who was really polite and helpful. Only taken few minutes to place my reorder and even send you reminder if you forget about. I will definitely recommend coloplast charter to anyone.

I decided to use the Message service on the website to ask some more information about an order.
I thought it would be quicker than phoning. The response was prompt and I communicated with Teghan who quickly understood my enquiry and gave me reassurance about the order status.
I've always found Charter to be efficient and helpful and Teghan was just that....Thanks!

I can't recommend Coloplast Charter highly enough. The customer service is consistently outstanding, but today Samantha went completely above and beyond.

She took the time to explain why my prescription was running late, helping me understand that there had been an error with my GP. She also added items that I'd forgotten to order and made sure everything was sorted. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she was patient, kind, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me.

Having a stoma isn't something anyone chooses, and having a reliable medical supplies company makes such a difference. Knowing there's a team you can trust takes away so much unnecessary stress.

In my experience, other suppliers simply don't go the extra mile in the way Coloplast Charter does. Their customer service is second to none, and that's why I wouldn't recommend anyone else for stoma and medical supplies.

I have been with coloplast charter since 2023. They are a caring company and their staff are always on hand to advise you. I spoke to Tegan this morning for help as I was running low on supplies and my usual bags were out of stock. They had no due delivery date so she arranged for alternatives to be sent out straight away. I can't praise the company enough.

Very easy company to deal with. Needed some help for an order, and used the chat for it. Samantha was very helpful, and in no time she did the full order for me. First time I used the online system, and found it very easy to use

Simply excellent. Dropped prescription at my GP at 10am Thursday and received my delivery at 9.30am the following day. Have been with them for 10 years and cannot praise them highly enough.

There seemed to be an IT glitch and my previouse prescription info was missing. Teaghan was very helpful she identifed the issue quickly and took steps to resolve it. She also completed my order request for me which was greately appreciated

The service from all the team is excellent they will go above and beyond without even asking. If you have a problem do not be afraid to phone and ask for help they will be very happy to assist especially with any delivery problems.

My wife was distraught as this company left her without colostomy bags, not even updating her by any means about potential delivery dates. So she sacked them for being incompetent and another supplier had stocks for delivery almost immediately.
Customer Care and Communication very sadly lacking. First delivery was ok but month 2 had to find another supplier but gave them another chance but they have FAILED MISERABLY.

Having had a message regarding a delivery to an old address despite, I contacted Coloplast via their chat function. Claire was very helpful in amending my order and ensuring future deliveries were going to the right address.

For at least 15 plus years I've had excellent service from this company and it's staff. I cannot make even one adverse comment regarding them.
I must also congratulate the company and whoever redesigned the new sheath for the SpeediCath Standard catheters. At last, no more sliced fingers at least once a week when trying to open a metallic sheath! The new design is excellent.

Charter gives the most brilliant service. They work really hard to give the customer peace of mind and get the products out as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them every time. Never been disappointed and have often exceeded what I thought was possible. Thanks to Abbie today for sorting out an order for me.

Had a query about an order, Samantha dealt with this very quickly and provided the information requested!

Had my ileostomy for 18 months and bed. With Coloplast from day one . Not only have I not had a single issue , every order is on time , 100% accurate . When I’ve called or used online chat the staff are always polite , extremely understanding and knowledgeable . Just been chatting with Samantha online and yet again - hassle free , prompt help and nothing too much trouble . First class service - I’ll never use anyone else
