Team member, Julian was very helpful when asked a question he answered . It took over 30 minutes to be waited on and about 11:00 a.m. the members were 8 and they down size to 3 the room was full. I asked Julian if he could wait on my daughter who had the next number after mind she just got called into work and she was my ride, Julian help us out. Thank you very much Julian they need more of you.
Renewing my license by mail should be a great convenience but not if DMV makes a mistake in processing your application. Having had corrective surgery on my eye recently, I asked my eye doctor to fill out the application for license renewal. His certification on the application specified that I did NOT require corrective lenses. When I received the license in today's mail, it was labeled "C", requiring corrective lenses. I immediately called the number for "service" and was told, no problem. Just make an appointment and come in to be re-tested by DMV. They won't check my application to verify the error. Nice. So much for convenience!
A simple question on a license renewal and I've been on hold now for 2.5 hrs. after being transferred to another line after being on hold for 1.1 hours. Finally got an answer and a rude response that I needed a different line. No chance to talk, just a transfer. Still on hold. This is utterly ridiculous and Colorado seems not to give a crap about it's residents.
The clerk that helped me was very fast and efficient
It did take a little work to get a smile out her but she did at the end of the transaction.

The Woodland Park, Colorado DMV office is the best. The transaction was quick, friendly, professional and the clerk even helped me afix my new plates to my car (I have a broken wrist). Oh, that all customer service was like this place!
