I have contacted Colorfoto on multiple occassions to complain about the group photo quality taken at Howells School, Cardiff with no response.

Having ordered the yr 11 group photo it arrived to have multiple dark bars over the pupils faces. It appears this "group photograph" was actually an edited together composite of multiple photographs of the students, as they did not take a group photograph.
The company seems unconcerned with providing poor quality photographs, so it is a mystery why Cardiff schools use them at all.
Since we are all victims of the inflated school photograph pricing scam it hardly seems worth mentioning that the pricing is sky high and the quality low.

Cost an absolute fortune and when we finally received out photo's the large photos have been trimmed down to fit their mounts which make buying a proper picture frame impossible. AVOID anything to do with this company. If your school insist on using them, and you MUST buy, get yourself the cheapest pack available as the larger pics are ruined before they even get to you.

Shocking company, been waiting almost 3 weeks for access to the photos they took at my sons school. every time i message they just tell me i have to wait, even tho my ex has copies and access to them. Shameful company and terrible service, AVOID
