Such a great experience! I got a very small custom made dress for a teen with some very petite measurements. I was very nervous. They double checked with me on the order to make sure it was all perfect, and gave me a date to expect it. It arrived way before the day it was supposed to! It is much prettier than in the picture also. It truly could not have fit my daughter better! It was for a wedding, and the bride was very pleased as well with the dress and the service :)

This is a legit review, lol. I was very skeptical ordering from this website but I emailed them first and they reassured me. I couldn’t find anything in my size and didn’t have the funds for an expensive dress. Everything else seemed weird to me. I gave them my measurements and they emailed me letting me know that my measurements weren’t normal so I went ahead and fixed that. It came early and it’s gorgeous and looks just like the picture. :)

I had a great buying experience. The dress looked just like the style in the picture, and they kept in constant contact with me to make sure the color was just right. It even arrived earlier than I expected. I was very pleased with my purchase.

I am getting prepared for a wedding and I had to order a dress because I am in the wedding. My first order arrived and my dress didn't fit. I emailed them right away and they were very nice, professional, helpful and responded back to me in a timely manner. I ordered the next size up and it fits very well. I am very happy with my dress.

Ordered a bridesmaid dress and did not measure myself, I Just ordered a size up. Dess arrived promptly but did not fit. In a panic because the wedding was two weeks away I emailed customer service. She advised me not to panic and they would custom make another dress to my exact measurements, she immediately sent me the measuring instructions.

Because I wouldn't have time to ship that dress back and wait for the other to arrive. They made me the new dress for what the cost of the shipping fees to send the original back and send the new one to me be be. This cost was 58.00. They recommended I sell the original dress locally.

8 days later the dress arrived and fit like a glove. I was really impressed with the customer service and the prompt attention they gave to my problem .

I ordered one dress for my bridesmaid as a try-out. We are very pleased with the dress and satisfied with the service at colorsbridesmaid. They are very professional. Indeed, I have made a mistake in shoulder width. Thank God they noticed this. We changed shoulder width from 14.5 inch to 19 inch which guaranteed a perfect fit.

We felt so embarrassed that we made some mistakes again in measuring hollow to floor in the rest 4 dresses. Fortunately, they discovered that and provided us with illustration to explain how to get the right measurements. So carefully and considerate! For some dress styles, they asked us to offer extra measurements such as armhole, upper bust, under bust, shoulder to nipple. We are impressed by their professionalism. The rest 4 dresses arrived in promised time and they did not disappoint us! Great fitting, beautiful color and style, acceptable delivery time! Everything is wonderful, no complaint at all.

Horrible experience! So far, not a single person in the wedding party has received a dress that actually fits. We sent custom measurements and the dress doesn't fit at all. In fact, we can't even make it work. The company was very responsive to our emails, but said it wasn't their fault. It looks like we need to purchase another dress and pray it works this time around. Unfortunately, they gave us absolutely no guidance when asking why the dress didn't fit when measurements were sent. That said, I feel like the dress is made fairly well and lined. Now if we can just get the dress to fit, it would be perfect.

Excellent customer service and great quality dresses. I ordered 7 bridesmaids dresses for my sister's wedding and I have no regrets. They were custom made and all fit perfectly!!!! Now my wedding is coming up and I will definitely use them again. Do not hesitate you will not be disappointed and the Shipping is super fast!! The turnover time was 1 week. I expressed that I needed them by a certain date and they were delivered on time despite the short notice given to them. I loooovvveee all the dresses bought!

The dress is beautiful and it fit me perfectly. I recommend ( as they do too) to buy a size bigger than your normal size. I am a size 4 in regular dress, so I ordered a size 6 and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The dress feels a bit heavy and it flows nicely. It’s a nice color too.

Would have given 5 stars but received my order a week late. Everything is exactly as ordered. The gowns where custom made and fit perfectly and the the vests matched the gowns. Good quality for the price. Can't wait for our wedding in July!!!! Thank you Colorbridesmaid, will definitely order again and refer my family and friends.

ColorBridesmaid states that it is located in New York, and it provides you with a local phone number and address. However, when you receive your receipt the company being paid is under a different name: Colors Dress Group, phone number: +86 15611737519, and e-mail: sem918@gmailcom. Luckily, I paid via PayPal and they were able to confirm the site is not legitimate, so I did not lose all of my money. Always check BBB before purchasing. This company is not located anywhere on that site, because it does not exist within the United States. It is a China-based company.

The dress was a little big in the sides and a little long but I would rather have that than too small. I love the lace and flower detail! The color is perfect.

The customer service was great and very nice!

I ordered a brides maid dress from here and it was amazing! It fit great and there sizes are pretty accurate . Super fast service and delivery also.

They helped me so much. I took the wrong measurements so the dress didnt fit at first. They re-made it and sent another one. It fit perfectly and is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Thank you so much for the help!!!

I ordered a dress from Colorsbridesmaid for a wedding and unfortunately it didn't fit right, partially because of sizing and partially because of my unique body shape that didn't work with the dress. But that's not the end of the story- I contacted customer service, and they were quick to apologize, and made me a great offer. Because the cost to ship my original dress back was high, they offered to make me a new dress (with a different style), fit to my exact measurements. The cost of this new dress should have been around $80, but they offered to sent it to me, with special measurements and including shipping for only $50! They told me to keep my 1st dress so I could try to sell it on my own and get money for it. Wow- Definitely a blessing to see customer service like this! Colorsbridesmaid knows how to satisfy a customer!

I was skeptical at first but they're better than expected. I can't find a single thing wrong with my dress. They emailed me and asked measurements for exact fit, and fits exact. Fantastic material, secure zipper, flat straight seams, I couldn't ask for much more. I was afraid of the wrinkles it would have after being mailed, theyrr minimal!! They have my recommendation for life!

Just received my dress from colorsbrides and I love it! It is perfect, exactly like the picture, it fits amazingly (I did custom sizing) the color is the same as in the picture on their web site. I highly recommend everyone order from this company. The dress cost me
Just under $95 but looks like it cost $300. The material is beautiful and not cheap looking at all. The decorative stones are also very nice and not cheap looking. Expect to pay$15 for custom sizing ,totally worth it, an $20 for shipping,. Total cost after a $5 off coupon ( from their site) $125. And the dress was here on time.

I highly recommend this website to get your dress! They are so helpful to fit the dress to you, and when they say it will get there on time, it will! I got here earlier than I was expecting it.

They were also very kind in corresponding with me via e-mail. Best service I've ever gotten from any of these places.

The dress fit quite well (a little large in the bust but I sewed the sides a tad to take it in) It was lightweight and comfortable, and I felt so elegant and beautiful in it!

I will definitely be coming back here when all 6 of my sisters decided to get married!! ;)
