So placed an order for 3 items which entitled me to a free product. Fortunately took scre3enshot showing I added to basket. Final receipt and order dispatch show no sign of free gift. Called and emailed. No response. Wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing. Ignore customers. Dont buy from them!

This product made my hair drier and caused my scalp to become extremely itchy, which I've never experienced before. It even created wounds that made it impossible to rest my head on a pillow and of course dandruff. A complete waste of money.

The volumiser result is no different to other products I use and not anything like they show. However, with my fine hair that normally needs washing each day, it is good to damp it down with Wow and then restyle.

Finally caved in and bought Dreamcoat and my hair looked even more frizzy than normal. Total waste of money

Root touch up arrived today. I tried it . IT DOES NOT WORK !!!! I have emailed the company for a refund. Totally disappointed 😞

I was bought colour wow so I took it to my next visit to hair salon it was used by my hairdresser my hairdresser said it didn’t seem to make my wavy hair any smoother I left salon & after 15 minutes my hair was all frizzing out so waste of money

I started using Wow color wow and I loved it. No more frizz and even some lift. But with my second bottles, I noticed my hair became more and more brittle and breaking off. I had added in the wow dream coat. I don’t know if using all three products used was just too much for my hair or not. But I don’t want to use any of the Wow products now. I see reading other people’s reviews they have reported brittle, dry, and breakage locks.

Colour wow do not buy wondered why my hair breaking and looking so dull and was meant look fab onpurchasing this product. Stay well away

I bought the raise the root spray and the volumising foam and they have caused so much breakage in my hair. My hair was really healthy prior to using these products and now my ends are frizzy and uneven. It’s going to take some work to undo the damage caused by these products.

I ordered Style on Steroids, a spray that is advertised to give fine, lifeless hair, instant and noticeable body. At around £26, it was expensive, but the promotional video on social media, was convincing and I had high hopes for the product. It is, however, utterly useless, fails to deliver any of the benefits claimed by Color WOW.
I’m not only disappointed with the product, but with myself for being taken in by the social media hype, which I now, simply cannot believe to be authentic. Wish I’d checked the reviews on Trustpilot first!

I bought Wow product after seeing it on social media, it’s was supposed to make your hair shiny & not frizzy. All it did was make my hair feel & look dirty! Its thick cream is horrible. Please don’t buy this product- wasted £20!

Purchased One Minute Transformation after seeing it on social media. Awful product, dried my hair and caused breakage. Not cheap at £21 for an item I can't use after one try.
Won't trust this brand again.

Bought the colour security shampoo, money leave in conditioner, money masque and the dream coat spray. £70 lighter. Was so excited to use. I have long, think hair prone to frizziness. Used to be an olaplex fan - thought I’d try something different. Used all bar the dream coat spray - which now after reading reviews I’m scared to use. All of the other products, you need so much to cover the hair. The money masque I left on for a good 30 mins. Rinsed out- normally with a good masque you can feel as you rinse out your hair being left silky smooth. Left feeling coarse and brittle. An aldi or Lidl conditioner has done better! Leave in money spray done nothing at all either! Fuming I fell for this. Won’t be using anymore due to all these reviews I wish I’d read before wasting my money!

Brought the root and extra large volumizer dont bother waste of money makes no difference and as a ex hairdresser I know what ro do with my hair. Nothibg like advised

Since using these products my hair has had terrible breakage. I can also literally scrape residue off my hair due to the buildup. I have never had these issues with any other products I've used. I'm afraid it's going to take years for my hair to become healthier again. Very, very disappointing.

Does not work at all. Can purchase better supermarket products and tenth of the price. Very thick and sticky. Just weighs hair down but has no effect on frizziness at all and certainly does not work as the ad suggests. Also had to decant into another bottle as the pump did not work either.

Don’t bother to buy these products , they don’t do what they say. I can buy far more affective products over the counter at 10% of the price … A big con but brilliant marketing to suck us all in …

Unfortunately having had a very bad experience with colour Wow products.

I bought the mouse , it does not work . Just because a hairdresser demonstrates how to use it . It does not work for the average person .

I have very fine greasy hair and have tried all 3 of the cocktails each one is as bad as the other, I then tried the spray steroid heat protectant its like superglue.. my hair is totally ruined dry brittle with balding patches.. don't touch the stuff if lethal
