The website has no stock levels shown, and advertises products with out of date cash-back offers. When I wondered where my printer was and when I might get it, I emailed the company. At the end of the day I had no answer so I phoned the London number (which took several attempts before being answered) to be told that the printer I wanted was only available with a toner bundle - adding +£200 to the price.
There are better retailers out there, who will make an effort to get a printer to you on free next day services, and they will supply as described and sold. Avoid disappointment and avoid 'Printer Experts' as they call themselves.

I was looking for a Samsung CLP 325 coloured laser printer and was very pleased to find the price on the website a £100 better than other sites I had visited.

Good service with good prices, just what we need.

I had a lot of ink jet cartridges for a Canon MG5350 printer which looked as if they were only good for scrap when the printer broke down. I searched the net for a replacement printer and was quoted up to £150 for a refurbished printer and up to £250 - £300 for new. Using this site, I found a new printer for £120 including VAT !!

Ordering for the first time, very good so far, will review further down the line.

I found the site very user friendly with lots of additional information available. It was also the cheapest place to buy this particular printer.

What I really liked about the website is that they show what year the model was made. This is really helpful because I have bought printers before but when I came to replace the toners, the model is redundant. So knowing what year the model is made me choose the latest model so that it won't be redundant soon after buying it. Thanks.

This company advertises cash back offers when it has expired over a month ago. They deny it is in stock so couldnt sell it anyway to get round this yet their website shows in stock! When challenged over this they then use the excuse the site is under reconstruction yet it is operating fine! This company will also ask you to dial a different number for home-users which turns out to be a total different company who doesnt know why they do this. Buy at your own risk!

Searched for ages for a new, simple printer for photographs, one without all the fancy bits (got one of them already). Trustpilot gave good information, with a simple ordering process. Overall I would use this site again and would recommend it to others.

I ordered a printer that I could no longer find in my country Belgium. Was soirry they don't ship or deliver to Belgium.0 Luckyly I have relatives living in GB and it will be sent to them.
Ordering went easy and quick + confirmation by mail within seconds.
Hope the rest of the service will be the same.
