Lady I eventually spoke too to sort out the problem was lovely,apart from that totally unprofessional and online shop not fit for purpose.

took my money did not supply goods so rude did not answer e/mails, think they are bunch of crooks

Following our decision to purchase some end of line tiles last year. We finally got round to our tiling job this week.

In a panic and after some amendments to our original plan we realised we were a couple of tiles short. Matt from the Oswestry branch was very calming and proactive as he tried to source the discontinued tiles in other stores.
Curtis from the Wrexham branch was also very helpful and luckily managed to save our project with Nathan by supplying us ex-display discontinued tiles.

We are so impressed with the team effort at Colour Supplies and their superb problem solving skills.

Went into the Oswestry Branch for some paint they didn’t have it in but the gentleman went rang round other branches to obtain this specific brand.

Great service! They had some stock issues for my order (Dulux), but I found the customer service team to be super helpful. It was quite refreshing having someone on the end of the phone who actually knew about the supply chain issues and could actually help! They even answer quickly.

Ordered paint online and then wanted to add to the order . E mailed them and got a prompt reply and they sent an invoice for the second time of paint . Postage was accidentally added onto the second order and again my message was promptly dealt with in a friendly manner and problem rectified straight away . Paint delivered to my door . I was dealing with the Hemel shop although I didn’t realise this immediately as I thought order would go to the Chesham shop ,where I live .
